that's a shame. tennessee should be on the same page as all other programs for the benefit of the runners. if all other courses are the same length, what reasons are there causing the refusal of the proposal?

Ok, you know perfectly well that there are excellent female runners in this area. Jill Skinner ran at AF Bridges and won it under 19. She's awesome. Do you think there will be a challenge this year? What about the private schools like Harpeth Hall and Baylor and GPS? What do you know? Who's got it?
