  1. How about: "The Blount County Open Enrollment Bowl"
  2. I feel that the WHHS coaches were taken out of their play calling plan. Too many running plays right up the middle against a very good defensive line. Maybe more passing plays could've possibly opened up the running lanes.
  3. I have to say that the atmosphere was nicer than I expected. I had no problems during the game or the long walk back to my car. About the only thing I heard was the home crowd yelling at the refs on a couple of occassions: "You f%^&ed up". Which the ref didn't. I did not see or smell any illegal products at the game. The sidewalk cookers did have some great smelling bar-b-q going! The White House players were not intimidated at all. It appears the coaches on the other hand were. All in all a good game and good luck to Melrose next week. thumb
  4. You ready for the trip tomorrow? Got my labels and the TBird is ready... BTW, it was 36-7 at half.
  5. The running rebs are overrated, they should be right down there with...wait a minute, there is no one else down there! Take note Tennessee High, the weaker Maryvilles position, the more they will rely on junk plays late in the game.
  6. I'll be on the home team side of the field in the 4A Finals. thumb
  7. Yes it was a hard hit, but Harris #32 was not knocked out of the game. He actually scored their last TD in the game, can't do that from the sidelines.
  8. 15-0 sounds the best! Go Big Blue! thumb
  9. John and I will be at the game, we're leaving around 1100. I can keep you updated if you want.
  10. I believe he IS a reb fan! That account seems just too accurate! :justwrestle:
  11. Hey, we teach our kids well. LOL 825449422[/snapback] APhool here Dandy82, someone from Smith Co. has put a block on my old account name, guess I shouldn't have been too hard on that team! I'll be at the game this Friday. Hope we have a enjoyable drive back! But my prediction hasn't changed, the winner of this game will be the 4A champs!
  12. Wonder how long it took this troll to come up with a reverse name? I bet he miskeyed it the first 5 times!
  13. I think you and the other poster are confused. Riverdale is in Rutherford County and Brentwood I believe is in Williamson County. Metro is a shortened version of the word metropolitan. Which refers to a metropolitan government, as is Nashville/Davidson County. This means the government services are consolidated and provided by...ah never mind. How are my responses to your misconceptions about what metro is making my team look bad? Your grace period is now over, your team lost and it is now time to close this thread.
  14. You're not going to start with the private/public debate are you? I would still pick DCA or DL to be the kings of metro, official or otherwise. Hillwood can be the jacks of metro.
  15. Not quite. The Kings of Metro would have to be either DCA or David Lipscomb since both are still in the playoffs!
