Franklin ended up winning the Classic.

Let me tell you that with the way that Franklin played, they don't deserve a 9th place ranking. They were the best team that Shelbyville has ever faced in a full game! Two of our Sophomore girls had nice scores, but they fought for them. Both teams had about 8 SOG.

That one must have just got over. It started at 8pm.

Shelbyville has a tough schedule: Tullahoma, Franklin, Hendersonville, Oak Ridge, St Agnes, Brentwood, CPA, Smyrna

Franklin 3 Shelbyville 2. Good match, both teams did very well. Shelbyville did not start any Seniors, and did pretty well for themselves. 1 to 1 at the half, and with about 15 minutes left in the game, Franklin took a hard shot from just outside of the box that blew through the Goalies hands.

heard that you had a very bad mishap with an injury to one of your power strikers. Not good to hear for the player, hope she has a healthy recovery.

OUCH! That's a hard tie! Hope Tullahoma doesn't loose ranking for that one. Riverdale must have put something great together to tie that one, they were very weak against Shelbyville last week.

Ummm, no. Not after the loss against Shelbyville (2-0). That makes Smyrna 0-2, and Shelbyville 2-0 at the end of week 2.

Revenge has been taken. Shelbyville overtook Smyrna 2-0 tonight.

Have you checked soccerinfo.com ? They normally have game sites under each School, and the times of each game if someone put in the schedule (either team).

That game reminded me of the Shelbyville game last night.... score in the first minute or so. But back to Tullahoma, I hope that they can get it together and stay in the ranks. Always a good competitor, and can't wait to see everyone's face if both teams play in the final......

Not a very big win over Blackman. Is Tullahoma doing alright? Doesn't sound like preseason or the last win was very dominating.

This year, out of the 28 players that Shelbyville is carrying... I believe that 22 are playing on select teams. Those teams include TNFC, Real Madrid, Lady Azules, Stones River, Arsenal, and I'm sorry if I may leave 1 or 2 other teams out. But on the Lady Azules, they have a team comprised of all Shelbyville High School players with the exception of 3 players.

Sorry everyone. Not even competition. Shelbyville won 7-0. Riverdale did have a few good break aways, but just didn't have the talent to put it in the net. They did try hard, and never gave up.... so hats off to them.

I'd add someone from Shelbyville, but it looks like we're starting all underclassmen. thumb Maybe a Senior or 2 every now and then. Just watch the State's with us this year, and next year you'll start to see the postings!
