I've just received a phone call from someone that was at the game tonight and he said White House took the game 10 - 3. Can't hardly wait for the details. As soon as someone that was at the game can give all the details I would surely appreciate it.

AMEN Letsgodevils..... Great post. An outsider looking in can surely see now how come we in BDP Land consider Ladd very impressive. Murphy, go watch him play and I think you too will come to the same understanding.......

I might be as wrong as the day is long, and we'll find out Friday night, but I DO think White House will have the horses to hang for 4 quarters. I believe that WH may have a lead in the second half and that Polk won't have the time to run the ball as much as they'd like to. Then the next thing you know, Polk will be back on defense trying their best to track down Ladd, Hargrove and West. It could very easily be that Polk won't have the horses they need down the strech. My opinion for what it's worth and I've been told it ain't worth much.....

Polk is in for a rude awakening if they think they only have to contain Ladd to win. But maybe it's a good thing they think that way so they won't see #29 or #23 running them over....

Ladd is one of the toughest kids I've seen play the game in a long time. He may get hit but very seldom does he get hit hard. It's hard to hit something that is moving that fast and can change directions on a dime and leave you .09 change. I don't imagine that Ladd is overly worried about getting hit Friday night. He's played against a lot of big powerful teams in his high school days and hasn't shyed away from the physical part of the game yet. Don't expect him to start now.

Ladd hands down... He's an ankle breaker. Many have tried to shut him down but they really hope to just contain him and that ain't easy either.

Might have to ask #14 yourself about that one. As far as the 22 players on the field at a time, we were trying to confuse everyone and I think it worked except for confusing Greenbrier. I sure got confused as to whether we were going to punt or try to convert the 4th down.

I'll have to second, third and fourth the Hargrove smash over #42. I don't think that #42 knew where he was for a couple seconds after getting up off the ground. If I could have gotten a photo of that collision and blown it up to poster size.... WOW !!!!!!! 42 may have had a key interception later on but we are talking about that ONE image that stuck in your mind and that by far was the one I'll always remember !!

I know absolutely nothing about Polk Co. except what I've just read about them. I'll looking forward to reading more about them as the week continues. I sure hope WH has a bus or two heading there cause I plan on having me and my family a seat. I talked to a WH player last night and he tells me that other than some bump and brusies, everyone came out of the Greenbrier game healthy. I think that will be key this week.

That 3A team has a name: WHITE HOUSE I'm a Bucs grad and definitley not a Panther fan. Go BUCS ! Kick butt and take names.....

Read my previous post and you will know that I have been to games. I don't agree with every call that is made and neither does the other team and fans. I don't think there has been a game lost by White House because of the officials. You constantly whine about officiating on all your post where WH has lost a game whether it is soccer, volleyball, baseball or football and I'm afraid you are giving the impression that all WH fans blame others for losses. Can't you just congratulate the winner of the game and let it go at that ?

I have been to a few of the girls soccer games this year, the last being last Tuesday night against Livingston Academy. There were others but I don't remember the opponents. Why do you ask?

I love White House just as much as the next man does and hope they win everything they compete in but I know that just isn't possible. I sure do wish you would quit blaming every loss WH has on an official. You're kinda making us all look like whinny butts and that isn't true. Apparently you can't just take a loss, congratulate the winner and move along. You have to make it sound like the only reason we lost was because the officials in whatever capacity had a vendetta against us. Well maybe that's true if they read any of the number of posts you've had running them down and blaming them for WH not achieving a perfect record in sport they compete in. Let it go man!! Pat our ladies on the back for a wonderful season, congratulate ND for a good game and wish them luck with the rest of the season. I can't speak for everyone, but it's really starting to get old reading from you about how the officials have stolen victories from WH in all sports.

From reading some of the Heritage fans posts ripping their team for not playing with any heart. They've since lost another couple games. I was just wondering if they were out there still playing with any desire. I started to go see one of their games since the Devils were out of town but didn't make it. Found you they lost I think 42 - 0. Come on folks, I'm not dissing the team. Now that's comparing apples to apples...... NOT !!!!!

Is White House Heritage still playing football ?????

No way they win after what I saw Friday night. Don't be too impressed with the big fellas running the ball in the second half against White House. They had sophomores and freshman players in there that were out weighed by 80 plus pounds. Those running the ball for DeKalb didn't do squat against the starting defense of White House. If y'all can convince Sycamore to start with their 3rd and 4th string defense, you may squeak one out. Short of that, no win for you !

I think Parker will challenge for the QB spot next year with Townsend and Duty. I think who they all need to be looking out for is Greenwade coming up from the Middle school program. If Parker can stay healthy, he maybe tough to beat. There is a whole lot of good things that are just over the horizon for White House Football and we should all be very excited about it !!!!
