Great list! Finally someone else who agress with me about Bobby Dodd. I'd say he (out of all DB QBs had the best career) and he was one of the best qbs ever.

I say this has the potential to be the best game all year, in regular season or the playoffs. DB does have a Great Defense, and Ooltewah has a powerhouse when it comes to offense (see Sergantowl, i dont diss Ooltewah all the time, i think they are a great team, probally top 8 in the state). I think this game will eventually come down to special teams (*cough did you see what happened to science hill, 3 missed snaps on special team in a row giving DB the ball each time cough*). If anything field position will be the deciding factor for the game. Punters and Returners have to get it done if they want to win this game.

I'm not the one calling people gay because they didn't choose the owls (see page 6 of posts) so tell sergant owl to act mature. But i do believe that now that Bo is back we have a better shot at Ooltewah

No way the owls beat DB, But Hill over Oak ridge is possible.

Ooltewah vs. Dobyns Bennett by far is the best (and most unfair) first round match up. The number 3 team against the number 8? how is that a fair for a first round with 32 total teams competing. DB and Ooltewah have both, as usually Region 1 and 2 are, been cheated by TSSAA to elimiate some of the better teams first.

Ok owls fans, face it, Dobyns Bennett is better than you. The only reason we lost to Oak ridge is because of injuries, and that is the only reason you beat them. This friday J. Fred will be packed for the Defeat of the owls.

why not just have the top 32 teams in the state play in one big bracket. #1 vs #32, 2 and 31..... ect. that way the better teams dont face off in the first leg of the tourney, and you have a chance to have the #1 team against the #2 team?

i know they played up here, so they know what the atmosphere is like, but some of the others don't, and they are the ones in for the suprise

and i'm not stupid, i know what sniper hunting is, o and by the way, snipes exist in real life, so it is possible to hunt a snipe

i havent overlooked east, and i know they are a good team. i just believe that when it comes down to it, south has the better program. but i do think this will be a good game

get a clue about what? I'm not predicting a DB blowout, i'm just saying that J. Fred is one of the most intimidating stadiums a team can enter, and if you dont think so look at Science Hill last week. Thier QB was having trouble calling plays at the line because of the crowd. If Ooltewah doesnt try to audible or no huddle, then they will not be affected too much by the noise, just maybe a few offsides or false starts.

i think south/west and maryville/red bank will both be extremely close but i think they both will come through with a win, south's only lose this season was by one point, and they lost a fumble that could have won it, against the Mighty Indians of Dobyns-Bennett. I think that South could easily make it to Maryville or Red Bank, who ever they play, but in the words of Souths Reciever/Cornerback/Kicker, "we'll be slaughtered no matter who it is"

how hard is it for yall to understand that Soddy fans and DB fans are different. I'd take 5000 DB fans over 10k soddy ones. DB fans are just way louder and crazier, enough said. i predict 12k total, in stadium and on "the hill"
