The way that I understand the brackets are as follows... Had the number 1 seeds from Reg.1 and Reg.2 met in the 3rd round, the game would have been played at Reg.2's number 1 (Cherokee) site. If either or both of the number 1 seeds had lost, the 3rd round game would be played at the site of the higher remaining seed.
