come on riverdale...show some love for sportsfan, he deserves it. and yes, the 6th man is one of the most effective weapons in high school basketball. they can get in the head of the other players, and revive the energy of their own team. that what we here at siegel do best...we motivate!! you just gotta do any cheers that come to your heads. but to make them effective, you have to have a core group of people leading them. otherwise they're going to make people say "what the heck are they saying" and "no that cheer is gay" the only cheers that are usually gay...are the ones where only 5 or 6 people are cheering. the key...lots of people fired up for their team. good-luck

cookeville's student section definitely did not have anything special. they were worse than blackman at stealing our chants throughout the game. shout-out to the siegel boys who played hard last night, and came out with a big W. go ninja go ninja go Isaiah's my hero!! from what i recall from people who were at the game..you were getting it handed to you at the beginning of the game. but i never said yall wouldnt come back, or play hard, or shoot well or anything. just cuz AD didnt throw one down, doesnt mean you didnt get a reality check in the game.

man pretty good game last night. i have to say that cookeville really scared me when they came out and on their first three possessions hit 3 3 pointers...wow. yeah we got down by about ten, but our boys never gave up. going into halftime we were down 4 i think...but 3rd quarter was definitely ours. we got up by about 7 (at the most) at one point. but cookeville had some amazing three-point shooters, who drilled them in our faces all night. they fought their way back, but in the end...they could not overcome. NA NA NA NA...NA NA NA NA HEY HEY HEY GOOD-BYE oden had an impressive game against cookeville tonight. i dont know how many points he had, but im pretty sure he led the team.

if we had to name a king...i think the crown would go to him..no question about it <King Ross> Are you serious. your calling this guy a king. i have played on the same team and as well against ross. he is far from a king i believe you posted this earlier...if thats not talkin down on somebody then i dont know what is...

and isaiah to just to let you know...haha...we were seriously contemplating whether or not to start the "isaiah's garbage" chant, just because you walked in the gym. im not trying to diss on your ball-playing skills. i know you can ball. but there is no need to talk down on somebody that probably put more hustle into his playing than you ever did.

i still think siegel is the toughest place to play. 450+ students yelling at you cant be easy to deal with....

white boards ARE allowed. we use them at every game to write what cheer we're gonna do...or to write stuff to the other students. so yeah, you should be able to use them...good luck nokona

drink water during the day at school...try not to talk. green herbal tea with honey at night. you should be good in about two days, but the key is laying off the talking.

obviously you havent played with "king Ross" in quite a while. he definitely changes the pace of the game every time he goes in. the ninja is just flat out crazy on defense, and hustles like nobody's business. id like to see you two go at it on the floor, and we'll see who wins.

nobody can really acurately project the best teams in the state...mainly because none of us know what other regions have to offer. im from middle tennesse, and i have no idea what teams are in east and west tennessee. but i guess there's nothing wrong with putting in your opinion.

yeah, you can get in trouble for singling out players. its all about the refs you get for the game. when our students singled out someone wearing tall socks, the ref stopped and turned to us and told us to stop. but you never know...you might get a group of refs who could care less. as far as rules about it...i have no idea.

this going to be an awesome game. i think oakland is going to pull it out..but you never know. sportfan might pull out some crazy 3-ball tonight. good-luck man

haha man what a post. to put things simply. if youre gonna bring a sign that say something about busting up a car...and somebody on the opposite team drives that same car. what do you think the outcome is going to be? mrs. oden had every right to come over there and check it out. also about not standing on the floor...neither are we. everytime someone steps on the floor, the administration is all over us. when the ref made a bad call and a bunch of us jumped donw on the floor...SRO was right there to put us back. so why dont you get your facts straight before tryin to talk stuff.

im not from around here, but i have cousins that go to west carrol, and ive seen their team practice and stuff...i havent seen milan, but im not so sure many schools around there can stay with west carrol. go war eagles!!!
