Great news, wish it would have happened for me while I was at KHS, Davis GONE!!! AD GONE!!! Davis was about as non sport supportive has they come for the sports programs, hopefully the new AD and principal will be way more supportive and realize a 6 an 24 record over 3 seasons is not good for our FB program!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ya I get your point, 4 year old game I really just said that to 1010 cause he was acting like its all the players fault that maybe we had great coaches or something, oh ya I knew it would take us bout 5 mins to blame not having our players I agree it goes both ways... I was at gattis and all the talk was how if we had our starters we would have done this and if we had of done this we would have killed the jets, real simple crap coaching third O in four seasons, oh ya did I say crap coaching one of my boys said he ways told two different things from two different coaches when ask why he missed a tackle, oh ya I forgot its our fault the players

Hey 1010, for your info I was a two year starter I wish I would have played when we had a team that went 5-5 and 4-6, so your thought of someone making excuses is out the window, I started and played every game for two years and ya I will blame the coaching cause I heard the BS they shouted everyday at practice every friday night, I agree players have to step up and get the job done but thats alot easier when you actually have coaches that know what they are doing,, you know its simple we have had 3 different offenses in 4 seasons you can try to blame the players but when you change every year to something new its diffcult to go against teams that have done it one way for years, I hope the team does well for my boys but chances are they will struggle and it will be the excuse "we put in a new O" we will get it next year

Call it dumb say what you want I know for a fact that money changed hands several times, maybe a young guy but, I do know this, it doesn't matter who cheats coaches admin or others are willing to cheat to get the upper hand in highschool sports maybe they shouldn't be allowed to be involved with us young people, whats dumb is you guys that want to say you know something didnt happen and you don't go there didn't play there or hang with current players, I just posted the truth cause my friend as taken alot of crap and he was just guided by ADULTS that so call have kids best interest at heart, ya as long as they give something in return, grace should line up all the kids they give money to and see how many of them don't play sports, same thing at karns, what you guys dont understand is khs coaches are so desperate to win they would do anything all it would take is tssaa to go in question the team they would find out whats up, one of my buds could have went to hva this year the coaches went to his house and told his grandpa they would make sure he got to school everyday that one of the coaches would pick him up if needed, my point is punish all the schools that break the rules, its winners or losers because khs as paid a big prices over the years our supermidget team was loaded with talent 6 years ago we had guys go to aloca,webb,catholic,farrgt,bearden, grace,central, west anywhere but karns one of the guys that went to west lived less then a mile from khs, just think if tssaa got all the recuriting schools and held the admin and coaches accountable khs would probably be able to win a few.

Its funny to see how the private schools get looked at here, I went to Karns played ball there hang with alot of the up coming guys and whats funny is we have coaches over here that are paying for cell phones, gas, and just giving kids money in general, and the players thinks its funny and heck why would they complain they are getting money and benefits for playing ball but this won't ever get looked at because Karns is not private spill the beans on a private school and all heck breaks lose spill them on a public school and it is looked at in a much diffrent way, oh ya this is fact not third party here say, the boys come to parties all the time and brag about coach gave me 20.00 or coach paid my cell bill, this happens everywhere just not private and the kid in question at grace just took advantage of someone handing out just like they do at karns and he is also a friend that went to karns with me until his mom died, he just was givin and op and took it

Bigtuna, let me say this as clear as possible, it is not the KHS players that we have a problem with its coaches that are so bad in the way they do things and the way they treat players its not fair to us the whole community, PLEASE LISTEN I PLAYED FOR THIS STAFF 2 YEARS STARTED MY SR. YEAR so being upset bout playing time is not a factor, u have coaches over there giving some kids privilages that others don't get, further we have submitted our list to the school super and they have taken it under review, we will not stop until this staff is replaced. Oh bout the HVA win u explain a real example bout KHS beating a program that is in its first year and its big whats big is get a team that guys want to play for funny thing is the guys on the team now talk about the same issues we had when I was there coaches saying an telling you how great they where somewhere else coaching many things that they are going to do and the lack of being held accountable for things infact allot of the soph class bragged all season how they could say and do what ever an never be held accountable. Bigt keeping holding ur support for the great coaches that u have accepted their bs and us 600 or so that see it different will keep our cause alive, raising the roof don't know getting new coaches YES.

what to expect, I was apart of the Tony Franklin we will win speeches of my great KHS coaches, telling us how the system helped all these losing teams to win records. One of my friends that still in school that quit last year says they are changing again to the mighty wing-t wow 4 off in 4 years what a great concept cant win doing this so must be the off can't win with the off must be the players seniors gone cant win with the next class oh must be the O again wake up, same old story from all the boys coaches that know it all yet cant coach anything.

We are talking about the work that has been put in collecting signatures to get us some good coaches that are good people as well, we were told that the Knox school admin will take it under review and any type of change will only be done at the end of the school year, so we will wait and see if they make a change for the better or leave our football program in the hands of ?????????????

coaching jobs listed on ct seems to be allot of them , what gets me is they all probably are open due to losing seasons, we dont want change just cause of losing seasons we want change cause we the players deserve better than what we have been dealt. one of my favorite coaches at karns always said to me winning isnt really that important whats important is learning how to do the all things we do as a team and regardless of all the negative or bad things listed on here bout the past few years we all need to keep in mind that we are just young men learning a little here and thr and it sure should not be the worst experince we have as a team a community or as individuals, drive for change and let everyone know the little things do matter to us.

kw no lynch-mob here just some ex players that have tride to have a voice but it falls on deaf ears because of the admin doesnt care about our football team or sports in general, my parents approached the admin to have their complaints fall on the same deaf ears, some of us past team mates want our football program to change for the better and if the was the guy we would be happy, whats interesting is you say you dont have a dog in the fight but have strong words to say in past post. well so you know we're not trying to get rid of a coaching staff we are going to get rid of them even if it takes us 2 years.

well joke or not we now have over 400 signatures, kwcoach if you have a kid that will be at khs we are doing you a favor believe that. we have approached the pric and just like every thing that he sees as a problem tries to put under a rug. im sure that we will have to see someone over his head to get this done and it will not just be petition we will also have numerous people at the meeting, theres no joke we will see this through, it wouldbe real simple the hc said if he cant turn it around in 2 years that he would leave at his interview just do what he said, oh ya he says allot of things i experinced that and so did many on this petition. baseball bb have coaches that treat their players with some respect win some and have respect from tere players this aint bout win lose records its about helping our school get on the right track so we can keep players tht should be here, word as it if it stays the same a few are leaving or jus not playin at all.

I am not ballers son, me and some of the other seniors from last year an the year before will be there, we will cheer for both teams cause we have friends playing on both teams and they are some good ones on both. your right tuna support the players but for me an allot of others we will never support the c staff and for the most part we cant stand to see it continue.they are jokes for coaches

Bigtuna I see your point, allot of my friends dont want to play at karns cause of the past history and i know a few guys that said no way were they going to be beavers, its not good but we do have enough good players to do better than we do but it stays the same i listen my jr year how we was going to do all these great things and hardly any happen, sr year much the same so my negative attitude comes from that experince my boys im cool with the admin and coaches noway really not cool to let it continue

well if the admin doesn't make a move i think everyone will know that the fb team is not that important. 2-8 1-9 3-7 6-24 over three seasons, that is really something to be proud of, maybe bigtune can rally the faithful and get his beloved coaches back, maybe if hva pulls off the upset, wow someone playing karns that would be considered an upset if they won, must be a first year program. perdictions karns wins big cause hva cant cover pass maybe golden boy qb can have a career night not his fault he had to play for such a coaching staff, maybe they can buy a new offense this off season cause the one they bought last time sure hasnt won many games.

Hey bigtuna not that its any of your business, I attend UT and will earn a degree next winter and then move onto my next step in life. Ya I do know these coaches, all but coach Thomas and the only one that is good is Coach Witt, you really don't know anything about the guys until you spend a whole two summers with them and countless hours on the field. I m telling you fact these guys treated us like grap telling us how bad we were everyday, keep on supporting that type of leadership then you deserve all the 3-7 seasons we get.

big tuna you must be really dumb or just not know any thing bout football, the coaching staff needs to go and anyone who supports them needs to go with them to whatever school would be dumb enough to hire them, i played for them they are idioits. win or lose these guys are trully not good for anything relating to coaching. now post bout that tuna and shine some light on what the hc done friday just like many many other games he had input on, its pretty funny that allot of the crowd was screaming call a to they even new time was running out at half.

I posted that Halls would get thier first win over Karns very disappointed that my boys played has bad has they did but guys I understand I played for your coaches two years I know what you have to deal with. Boden must of had the cuffs put on tonight, big miscue on the first and 10 from 13. I sat in the stands and one of my friends parents said the hc had an offer to go somewhere else last summer if you believe that I was an all state player for khs same type of bs.

well halls you are in trouble if Boden checks rhe plays all night, Karns really put it on the panthers and can score points at will as long as you guys are starting some fresh at db. My boys have already won more than us last year so have to give them props but the fact still remains halls is looking fo rits first win and karns is usally the team to get it on/
