SC will have to play a nearly perfect game to win this one. No turnovers, no stupid penalties, no dropped passes or anything like that. And with that being said, they need to take advantage of every turnover, stupid penalty, etc. that WH has. I know there are a lot of people doubting SC in this game, but I honestly believe if SC plays like the team i know they are, they will put up a fight, and quite possibly pull the upset. GO OWLS!!!!

Ill have to root for Dekalb in this one. Even though it should be a good game since its in York. Poteete is a very good football player. He is very dangerous, and it is nearly impossible to stop him, you just have to hope to slow him down. Good luck to Dekalb though.

I agree... dont ever overlook an opponent. white house will be a tough game, but if you overlook upperman you never know what might happen. Look what probably should have happened at g-ville and livingston.

I only got one thing to say... I dont wanna hear anything about the running game anymore. I think we proved once and for all that our o-line will get after you. And Jose is one tough kid, 34 carries is a lot for one game, and he ran his heart out tonight. Now i know dekalbs D is not the best in the world... But Jose with 228 yds... 3 tds... nuff said. Heck of a game everybody. Dekalb, yall r a great football team. Keep your heads up and keep fighting. As for SC, keep proving everybody wrong about our run game GO OWLS!!!!

i agree maybe they'll put 7 on the board first drive this time instead of 3 or none at all. would be a good thing if they could. defense needs to get on poteete fast keep him in the pocket and dont let him turn it into a backyard game... he usually wins those

Kicker did his job against Westy and least of the concerns right now 11. Think he could CATCH the ball?? i didnt say he didnt do a good job he did a heck of a job as a matter of fact. and maybe we should move him to receiver and see who knows he would probably surprise some people. hope sc's offense starts clicking this game. they havent all season except for the first game. and it will definately have to be rolling for this one. lookin for a good game tho. two all star qbs... should be a good one

Ponder is on crutches and i think has his mri tomorrow (not for sure on that), and jose broke his pinky but he broke it in the first half of the gville game and just taped it up and played the whole second half. One of the toughest kids i have ever met in my life if not the toughest, i wish only the best for jose in everything and i know it would kill him if they wouldnt let him play friday but you will have to chain him down to keep him off the field.

I agree, I think SC has about 4 or 5 great receivers, and with Johnston always being on target I guarantee that they will never drop this many passes in a game again all season. They will definately get that fixed this week. I look for this to be another SC win as long as they dont make near as many mistakes as they did at gville. Im not gonna make any predictions because i thought SC would dominate gville, but thats what i get i guess. GO OWLS!!!!

first, i just want to say to gville, heck of a game! Yall played a great game and i am still shocked. SC did not show up till late in the game, and yall punished us for it. I'm glad we won and all but you guys have nothin to hang your heads about. Yall played one heck of a football game and yall will make some noise this season. You got a long season ahead of you cuz your goin a long way. And second, Croz i gotta hand it to you, you stuck with your team the whole way through, you are a true fan and you should be proud of your team. We pulled off a close one there, and yall shocked everybody.

Im tired of everybody saying Gville has a chance. The starters will pitch a shut out just like last week, and we will hang at least 40 (or more depending on how long Maynord keeps starters in.) It could very possibly be worse than last year. Im sorry guys, but probably another ten long years for you.
