  1. Had to work today. Does anyone know if you can watch the game online or if there is a radio station in middle TN airing the game?
  2. you know how sensitive them skilletheads are especially after a year like they had. They will have their city officials and that lawyer man draw up an anti-negative coacht law that wont let us post anything about sunken ships, the lack of stud making abilities, or their rose colored glasses looking at the future of SP football. TTP will definitely have to find a new hobby.
  3. X-ray came back good. He just had a bad sprained ankle. Luckily we have a by and he should be back for the 1st playoff game.
  4. That was your coaches fault. There were plenty of games where the jv could have played the whole 2nd half. We had the same problem up the road last year with a former coach. Running the score up is not near as important as experience younger players need as you can tell it is really hurting you all this year.
  5. Why would they want to stay in their thread when they are 1 and 3 and fixing to be 1 and 4. You think i'm joking but i'm not.
  6. Hopefully the new coach will convince more players to come out. There are a lot of talent in Whitwell walking the halls.
  7. The Marion County Warriors will be hosting their 6th annual Fishing Rodeo this weekend May 3rd and 4th at Marion County Park. This is not a big fish tournament. All you have to do is purchase a $10 ticket (tickets will be available at the boat ramp Saturday and Sunday) catch any fish that is legal by TWRA standards, bring that fish to the check in station at the boat ramp by 2pm on Sunday May 4th,and have your ticket dropped in the raffle box. $1000 is the grand prize along with several other cash prizes, there are also around 50 other door prizes. The drawing will be Sunday, May 4th at 2pm. You do not have to be present to win. The cheerleaders will also be hosting a corn hole tournament that will start at 12pm on Saturday May 3rd. Cost for the corn hole tournament will be $50 a team. Cash prizes for the corn hole tournament will be awarded. If you need additional info please contact Tim Baxter at 423-605-9513 or Chris Allender at 423-718-3905.
  8. The meet and greet went well. Probably around 200 people came during the 2 hr time frame. Everyone seems excited about the new Coach and the upcoming season. Hopefully all the teams in the Valley will stay injury free and play some hard hitting football this fall. Can't wait.
  9. The Marion County Warriors will be hosting a meet and greet for Coach Rick Ross on Tuesday, March 18th from 5pm to 7pm at the Marion County High School cafeteria. Everyone is invited to come and meet our new Coach. Chili and refreshments will be served.
  10. Roy, that Grider had better put helium in his balls instead air that way his punter can kick them real high and far.
  11. Without that cook boy I believe that Grundy county tractor has ran out of steam. I agree with Ambassador, Marion by 21.
