As for me I don't want to see this. Proceeds from the tickets would be split between the 2 schools. But concessions would go to MTSU due to contracts. The money made from concessions on home games for any school pays for the football programs. All teams need that money. My suggestions would be for Smyrna to bring in extra bleachers. Just my 2 cents.

Just to correct your quote, Williams is NOT the defensive coach. It is Keesler and I am certain he is better than Wells. We stopped Blackmans offense with 0 points, it was their special teams that scored, and Siegals offense with 0 points also. Smyrna's Defense is STRONG. We lost last week with penalties, and a few pass plays called in last 2 minutes instead of pounding the running plays to run off the clock. Ensworth scored with 18 seconds left in the game. Close but still a loss. Go Dawgs!

With the win against Siegel, our Defense again shows that it can match up against anyone in our region. Our secondary will be busy with Ensworth's passing game. But they can't stay on the field for 70% of the game. The offense showed us some new plays that need to be implimented more often than not. Blocking up front hopefully will not be an issue so Wilson can find the receivers downfield both Left and Right. Two blocked PAT's need's improvement. A strong Defense will win you games, but the offense needs to score and often.

I agree with the last statement. We have too much talent on this team to run it up the middle and force a 3rd down pass every time. Time for Smyrna to throw out the playbook and start fresh. We have have the speed to use the option or spread offense to gain yards.
