My Logical Answer is. Intill everyone in Jefferson County can get behind this football program there will be no great seasons. Intill the parnets get behind all the football player there will not be any team chemistry. You cannot go home and talk about the other kids or put down the coaches, because your kid is not playing. Intill you fans quit sitting in the stands and questioning every move a coach make, and say things like why is that kid playing he sucks. All these things are the reason jeff county football has fell the way it has. Everyboby is so worried about everybody else, and complaining instead of pushing your kid to be the best and win a starting job. To end THANKS COACH ANDERSON FOR ALL THE EFFORT YOU GAVE AND THE TIME YOU TOOK FROM YOUR FAMILY, and may god help the next coach to turn it around.

Yes you may need to ask to go to 2a. Cause there is no way you all can beat teams like Greenevill, Gibbs or Tennessee High 4a.. Also there no way you can beat Alcoa, Austin East or West Greene in 3a. It may be hard for you to compete in 2a with teams like Rockwood, Tellico Plains and Oneida

Dude have you seen the up and coming classes? Have you seen the Middle school teams there IS NO SIZE OR ENOUGH SKILLED PLAYERS TO COMPETE IN 6a Ball not matter how you look at it or who is coaching. SORRY THE TRUTH HURTS

Well they better get out, because no one big wants to come to Jefferson county to coach. You can NOT win at Jefferson county. I mean one of the biggest high school in the state, and you could not get anyone but Coach Anderson to take this sorry job to start with. This will be a blessing for Coach Anderson when he gets over the shock.

Yes you people finally got your wish. You are getting a new coach which I think sucks, but now maybe Coach Anderson can go somewhere that wants to win. All you people do in Jefferson county is cry about something and try to compare every team to the 87 team. People wake up there no athlete in Jefferson county that can compare to the kids on the 87 team. I hope you all quit living in the past, but it really don't matter there not a coach in football that will win at jefferson county the way you all think they should win.

All you hear is Fire the coach. I know one thing if I was Coach Anderson you woud not have the chance to fire me. I would tell all you fans where to go and how to get there. The one thing that's get me is its always the coach's fault no matter what. You can not win at football with all 4or5 guys that can play this is what we have at Jeff County. Why is it always the coaches not playing the right kids? Why is it always the coaches playing kids out of postion? I'm assuming the ones that is questioning the coaches on this are at every practice, scrimmage, workout, and film sessions. I mean to know so much. If not I would quit my job today, and put in for a coaching job. If I was good enough to know who should be playing and where with out been at practice every day. I think you people should shut your mouths until you are at every practice, scrimmage, workout, and film session to see why the coaches did what they did. Then again it's to much work to get off your butts, and go see what kid out prefroms what kid. I mean it's easy to be a coach from the stand on Friday without knowing what going on at practice. I don't think these coaches put in all this time to lose. These coaches put kids in the postion that give them the best chance to win. If you don't believe this you need to find another team to cheer for we don't need you.

You are right some of these kids beat some of the kids from Morristown in middle school. Also there is a lot of kids also not playing that played in Middle school some chose to play other sports, and some chose to not play anything. Also are you talking about those kids that where told they would get playing time IFFFFFF they EARNED it but they never earned nothing. the kids from Jeff are lazy with with no heart it show in all the losing sports. HAS JEFF HAD A WINNING RECORDS IN ANY SPORT BESIDE FOOTBALL IN THE LAST 4 YEARS. KIDS HAVE NO HEART AT JEFF AND THEY ARE LAZY.

You people talk about coaches all the time. You ever think that the kids are lazy and don't have the drive to work hard. I know coach Anderson has got a work out program but that dont mean the kids are doing it . The coaches can only make a kid do so much the rest is up to the kid. I remeber when Coach Anderson play for Jeff County he was not the most athletic kid on the field, on the diamond, or on the mat, but he had heart and he work very hard, and the work paid off all conf., all state in football and baseball, a state champion in wrestling. If the kids today had the heart and drive he did then we would be hard to beat and not blaming the coach. So with that been said I think Coach Anderson is trying to put some of that heart and drive in the kids today but he no miracle worker. AND FOR YOU JOE92 or what ever. You are the one that didn't work hard to get better. you are the one that blamed the coaches for your failures and guess what you still are. So stop running or mouth and grow up and stopping blaming everybody for your mistakes.

He's definitely right about the playoff situation. South Doyle "may qualify" as well but that does not mean they are going. Just take some of your unemployed, slacker time to think before you make a post that's going to make the county look even more foolish than these players and coaches have made us all look. Dude you are the one that stood on the side every Friday night wishing you could play. These Coach has done all they can do. You cannot say these coach has made us look Foolish, but since you are a proven coach in your mind. You should try to get the job so I can talk about you when you don't win. You will never win at Jeff County as long as the fans, and the players mommy and daddy yell or disagree with everything the coaches are trying to do period. When a parent go home talks about the coaches the player lose repect for the coaches and don't believe in them, and you cannot win football game when the team don't play as a team no matter how many good players you have.

Now you have pi-- me off a embarrassment of a coach at Jeff. The coach cannot go out and make kids hold on to the ball. The Coach for Jeff know more about Football then the whole West staff. Did your Head coach even play College ball. You talk about have good West is how many Championship do you have in football. Yes we may not make the playoffs but West will be done after one game and you talk about the teams we beat didn't you beat the same teams we did Expect for a 2-6 Knoxville Central and a 4-6 Science Hill You are 7-2 and you Cocke county, Cherokee, South Doyle, East, and Jeff so the way I see it you don't have much room to talk YOU ALL WILL BE ONE AND DONE IN PLAY-OFFS

Last year21 what happen to that great offense and that good team you was talking about. What's good about it West Greene returns about everyone, so the milk can should stay with the BUFF for A couple of years.
