WOW! that is what i call going way back. Dx5 that is some good stuff have not thought about that, don't think the t-shirt will fit anymore. May not realize this but many of them are at the games already. I am looking forward to the excitement to come Friday night. Stay strong Bobcats you have the support of several Thousand people. Someone tell me what is happening Thursday night?

Well has been some time since my last post have been on the outside looking in. Really could not take it anymore, I love this stuff. The school, the town everybody is talking about Bobcat football. I too wish this type of excitement would have been around when i played. I am proud of these boys they have worked so hard for what they have done. Now for the game, another good one will be the order of the day at the Brick Yard. My prediction last week with a close circle of friends was if Giles scores in the 30"s they win, my prediction is the same for this week if we score 30 or more we win it really does not matter how many they have it will be less than 30. Lex fans have a safe trip over, nothing like a full house on Friday night under the lights. I sometimes feel like i could still go for maybe one or two series, or maybe not. Strap up, as i have heard before"Run what you brung and hope you brung enough"

District Champs! congrats to the Bobcats! last night game for someone that has seen many Giles-Marshall games was somewhat of a disappointment. This game for many years has been played so close, hard hitting, intense rivalry. I had no idea that marshall was really that bad this year. It seems that they are trying to do something on offense that they do not have the personel to do. Bobcats played sharp, looked crisp on offense best in a few weeks, the defense strong again, looks to be getting better each week. If not for a good play on the sideline by a Marshall receiver it would have been another shut-out. Looking forward to the playoffs, I feel the team is ready, it is time to kick it up a notch. Best of luck to the team and coaching staff!

Oh my dear; I do appreciate your enthusiasm and your confidence in your team is duely noted, but i feel you are slightly misguided. I am curious to know which part of our QB's game do you intend to stop? If you key his run option, he will pitch, if you key him passing with a rush he will dump it short, not to mention the stack I set when with the trained eye is hard to know who has the ball. I applaud you if you can stop our QB but i ask you to look at our stats for the year and see how many TD's he has compared to the other skilled players. As for the mental fortitude of the team i ask that you inquire on the other schools which we have played this year and let them answer that question. It is always a possibility that the Bobcats could lose that is why the game is played, all i have to go on is resume, your body of work for the season compared to Giles Co. and franklymydear you just don't measure up.

WOW! It has been a long time since i have seen a team dominated in that way. Hickman's best chance to score was on the first play of the game, man was wide open on a gadget play and they missed him, that was the only real chance they had. Congrats to the cats for a solid victory, but a big attaboy to the JV and freshman for closing out the shutout the second half good job men! In hopes we keep our focus, stay strong to the test we are the target. Must say when the mercy rule kicks in the game really speeds up. Hope Hickman had a safe trip home with no injuries.

Gameday!!! what a great feeling, the Cats should be rested and ready to go. So glad to be back at home in the Brickyard under the lights, will be a great night for football. Hope to see a great contest with no injuries, now is the time as a team the cats to make their run to reach their goal. I feel like Giles Co. will win in convincing victory.

congrats on the win Bobcats, Let me first say I was way wrong on my prediction, Page came to play 4 quarters last night, the adjustments made by the coaching staff at half for Page shut down the bobcat offense and we could not find an answer for the rush they were bringing more than we could block every play. Proud of the cats defense they won this one for us by finding a way to stop Page offense at critical times. best of luck Page on the rest of the season, your future will be fine with the team you have, Great game!

The weather radar looks like it is raining at Page now, you know it can only get so wet after that you are just wet!

It would be bad to reschedule this game, I would think all parties would want to play tonight! If the Page area has had as much rain as they say, they do take a risk of damaging the field for the rest of the season. This decision is out of our hands, but for what it is worth let them Play!

OK, just wanted to make sure you guys didn't miss out on anything. over the past four or five years In which I have been gazing into the pages of CoachT I do not remember such a buzz around Giles Co football, this is a great thing for our program and our school, sometimes we get a little off track but that is ok as long as we use the dull end of the knife. I don't know who da, lmss, pc, 22, aka or how much milk you are going to get out of this turnip, but what I do know is who was on the team of 87'! Gosh. AND, YOU do know who D.A., L.M.S.S, P.C. and all the other aliases are because you are them..... Since your in the know, who was #22 on the 87 team???? I am flattered, that you think I am all those people, and i have nothing to hide so i do not hide my status or am trying to fool you? It seems you have an issue with these other posters to think I am them, which is very interesting. As for #22 on the 1987 Bobcat football team, I would have to look to be possitive but I have it narrowed down to two people it has been 22 years ago, and feel sure that neither has a child in or on the Giles co roster.
