You make a good point.Im just going by what Coach Gaddis says.He says we lost 5 before the 1st game even started and I guess 3 more since then.I wasnt close enough to program in summer to know the depth chart or who we lost before the season.

I really hope we play this game because we for sure need all the reps we can get.With so many guys playing without much experience we need to get all the reps we can.I would love to see a big win to help make this season a little better because I know the guys are beat down physically and mentally.All the injuries suck but hopefully we can build some depth for the future and it will pay off next yr.By no means do I think we should give up on this yr but I would be playing guys with next yr in mind way more the usual.Our depth is sad this yr and unacceptable.

You nailed it and upfront was gonna be the biggest weakness for Oak Ridge and then lost a bunch of players on top of that.Coach Gaddis said we have lost a total of 8 now and I think all of them are done for yr.So not much hope for rest of yr besides cool weather might help with big guys getting tired.We have played 4 man front all yr and had to move to 3 man because lack of players.I had to sit on Ads side of field because no seats left on Oak Ridge so at least the fans are still behind the boyz.Crowd was good on both sides for and 1-2 vs 0-3 matchup

Proud of the boyz for fighting even after awful start.We had played bad and was only down 14 to 10 and fumble a punt and give them a TD right before half.Then get all the way down to 1 yd line and cant punch it in before the half ran out.14 pt swing killed us.I fear their is not much hope for fixing the Oline this yr.We are out of bodies and dont have many options left besides guys all the sudden getting better.This kind of thing has to be worked out in off season and not wait until it is this bad.Maybe one off season we will decide to fix it and break the long streak of awful Olines.I give Hewitt all the credit in world for all he does both ways upfront.I knew our defense would struggle vs passing team and will all yr because QB has all day to throw and like Oline we have no bodies left to throw at problem to try and fix Dline.I just hate it for all the good players who work so hard and are handcuffed because of the same problem yr after yr.It sucks but just so we dont give up Ill be there hoping for the best

After watching ADs I think Oak Ridge will be lucky to keep it close.Unless some magic happens and we find some kind of offense it will get ugly.Our defense is solid but this is an awful matchup for us and if we go 3 and out a lot it will get ugly fast.Out matched upfront and our defense hasnt seen a passing team like this so far and I expect some growing pains.Hopefully we can learn a lot and get better from this game like we did last yr.They did a great job of picking on our weakest link last yr and I wouldnt doubt if they try that again.We need to get better so Im all for getting guys reps and trying to find some bodies to keep so many guys from having to play both ways.Playing such a bigger school like this really test your depth and this might be the least deep Wildcat team I can remember.Ill be there hoping for the best.Go Cats

Im sorry but I do feel like that is true.Clinton is not awful but if you cant block Clinton you sure are not gonna be able to block Ads,Powell,Greenville and teams and whole other level than Clinton.Somehow Ads always load back up on big lineman.

I think the Ads are a good team and I just dont see our Cats improved enough to beat a good team yet.We still have major problems on offense and I just hope we can get better.At least we seen them try some new things on offense and hopefully they have learned we have to get Jai the ball more.I will say KJ was running hard in 2nd half last week and might have found something.If they can get him to just quit going side to side and get up field we all know he can be great.When he explodes and dont stop and look for running room he is so much better.Also watching replay we have to quit letting Tarwater run read option.Just go watch last week last couple of plays how Clinton sends CB and OLB untouched and he hands off anyway and RB gets hit before he can look up.So if he cant run it right quit doing it or change blocking scheme.When we run it we leave guys unblocked on purpose and its killing us

Ok I was gonna be nice but the idiot had to run his mouth again.Coach Keith needs to learn how to take a loss and shutup.He has some real issues and acts like an emotional kid when he loses.After his embarrassing interview after last yr you think he would learn.Last yr Oak Ridge absolutely destroyed the Clinton offense.Clinton finished with close to 0 yards of offense maybe even negative yards.It was 36-0 and that cry baby went on a rant talking about hating Oak Ridge and how Clinton was the better team and made a fool of himself.Then as yr goes on gets mad when teams blow them out and says teams like to step on Clintons neck and acted like they did something so bad by beating his awful team bad.After game I heard Gaddis say nothing but nice things about Clinton and even bragged on the QB and how he was also a good kid.But because Clinton thought they was gonna win Coach K got his little feelings hurt and makes a video like a teenager would after a break up.This is same man that is so scared of losing he wont play AC and loses the biggest money game of yr for Clinton.Instead lets go play awful teams and make people believe Im such a good coach who has turned Clinton around.And how funny is it that Clinton blows out poor Austin East and as Clinton coach would say steps on their neck.I wasnt least bit surprised and we all know he wouldve done same thing to Oak Ridge if he had the chance.But instead he lost at home to a winless struggling Oak Ridge team that he had everybody in Clinton believing they would beat.So the real problem is he knows that was the best chance they might have in awhile and blew it.Just some advice from a Oak Ridger that he hates maybe shut up man up and bring a better team next time.

So the Clinton players talking trash again.Talking about how they almost won last yr lol and how overrated the Oak Ridge RBs and WRs are.Said they was laughing watching the Oak Ridge guys try to block and how they will push Oak Ridge around and they will quit.The plan is get out to quick lead and Oak Ridge will quit because this Oak Ridge team is physically and mentally weak.And all dragon fans are suppose to wear black and some shirt about yr of the Dragon or a shirt they made when they beat Oak Ridge in late 90s.As a former Wildcat player you never want to be on a team that ever lost to Clinton so that should be enough to be pumped.Add in the talk and starting 0-2 and this Oak Ridge better show up or its a bad sign for rest of year.This game always seems to mean more to Clinton than Oak Ridge but that better not be the case this year

Yeah I remember the game at Fulton cause lil J.Stephens had big game at RB.Then yall played at Oak Ridge the next yr and it was a long season.Maybe someone else knows but I swear we scored at least 2 Tds on returns and won with no offense.We had some good players but it was ugly all yr.Seems like D.Rodgers was on that team and he was really good.Time does fly and seasons start to run together

This Oak Ridge defense is nothing like last yr.Our front 7 ate yall alive last yr and was in backfield all night.This defense has no Dlineman that will get in backfield.We have a great DC and maybe the best LB this side of Nashville but not a lot after that.We played ok vs SD and good vs Beardon minus 2 plays but Beardons offense was really bad.Our CBs are small so gonna need Heyward to help from safety or somebody to guard the tall Oak Ridge WR yall got.One of the new DEs we are playing 23 was looking like he was learning fast but Gaddis said tonight he is out vs Clinton and Rogers from West is still gonna be out the next 2 games.He will provide much needed help at DB and will be a good WR.Im just hoping we wake up and block somebody or wont matter what skill guys play

If Clinton can score 15 plus they will probably win.Its kinda like the Fulton game when Stanton was coaching and it was at Oak Ridge(maybe 2008) and our offense was awful.We won by kick and punt ret TDs.Im not sure we even scored a offensive TD

Truss aint the only one from the ridge.I would love to see how many players Oak Ridge could get from around the area if not for having to pay so much.All the other schools around us is free

I only know of a few that was out that played vs SD but never heard why.Gaddis said we lost 4 lineman before season started for different reasons.But if 12 was out for covid it wouldve been a big deal

After the beating we gave them after that I would hope they know better than do that again

Like SS said non stop pressure.Also vs SD Heyward had to make a sportscenter top 10 type play vs SD on sideline.He also had a long TD off a tip ball.And one TD was on 4th and 20 and the QB threw the perfect pass as he got drilled and Heyward made a play.So a lot of the offense we had vs SD was plays your not gonna be able to pull off every week.Not to mention we didnt do nothing in 1st half vs SD.I bet we had less than 50 yds of offense.Beardon does have a better defense than SD in my opinion.

This Oak Ridge team is a lot different than those that didnt start off great in past.This yr we dont have a QB with the exp of past.The defense is solid but loaded with sophs on backend that are undersized and stuggle to tackle.We had to replace the whole Dline plus have dealt with injuries and have no depth.We are having to play guys both ways on the lines that already are not great and they strugle even more having to go both ways.Our biggest strength is our RBs and WRs but we cant block long enough to pass and the RBs are being met in backfield by multiple defenders.We have a lot of problems that need fixed just to be a little better but still dont have enough to compete vs great teams.We either have to change our blocking schemes and see if it works or scrap the offense and let Jai and Heyward run a rpo offense and try to make a great play.If we continue to do what we are doing and hope it works we will be lucky to win 3 games
