But I will say #4 and #21 from Upperman were DAWGS!!! And I feel like Pearls offensive line doesn't get enough credit! Neutralized a very good player (#9) and ran the ball any and everywhere they wanted against a defense that dominated Greeneville!

I wonder why he ain't mad at his own team fans saying that Upperman was using the injury bug to slow down tempo?? Its ok to admit that's what was going on! And then call somebody a coward because of what was obvious lol!!!

64, 4, 62… 62 went down 5 times on first down… Came back in on the offensive line and played every play! Soon as he got on defense he went down every first down… It’s a common tactic to get your defensive line, a breather and lined up properly, especially a team who plays their big boys both ways! There were a few who went down who appeared hurt, but #62(with the cowboy collar on his pads) was the one who the coach gave the job of stalling drives! Upperman played a great game but I’ve coached for almost 17 years and I’ve seen that ploy so many times…I made it my point to watched him on offense and he was perfectly fine every drive on offense.

See what I mean, ignorance at its finest.... BHS always got something negative to say about millington. Lets see Kentucky, MTSU, Memphis,Ole Miss, Florida, Western Kentucky, Vandy are the camps he went too... He has over 40 highlight tapes in circulation.... Everybody wants him but he hasn't qualified yet, he's a point short and he just recently took it again. Theres a coach in here daily visiting with him and they always say that him and Josh are hands down the best two linebackers in this area(BUT I GUESS COLLEGE RECRUITERS ARE WRONG AS WELL AND BHS IS RIGHT). So before BHS comes on here and tries to down talk a coaching staff as if we don't try to place a kid, do your homework first.

He's definitely the 2nd best linebacker in Memphis... Go on YouTube and watch him play... And why is it that every team we play or beat is Fraudulant?? I guess going into the 4th quarter 21-20 against MBA was Fraudulant as well... Until our back up RB and QB get hurt in the 4th quarter... Macon didn't play vs Liberty Tech... That's why the score was so lopsided... Don't worry everybody will get a chance just to see how good #44 Patrick Macon is in the All-Star game and yet again you will eat them words like you did Friday nite... And LC had a stud on the DLine and 3 Stud RBS so they weren't Fraudulant at all...

I just want you to eat them words 2nite for me.... Millington wins 16-13.... Should have been worse!!! Millington was inside the 10 yard line 5 times... LC has a good team but couldn't pass the ball when they needed too... And I will say this again... Patrick Macon is the 2nd if not the best linebacker in the memphis area!!!

Henry County was good as heck last year and won a golden ball so there past resume shows that they are no push over... And that Jackson Northside team which in which the person who started opposite of me at Memphis Ryan Scott had a good #### team that year... heck I know a few people who think the reason why Whitehaven hasn't won more gold balls is because of offensive play calling/offensive coaching... And these are fans of Whitehaven.... Or parents or have kids that play on Whitehavens team... Not winning a state championship, doesn't make you a suspect coach... Cause in that case Whitehaven would be suspect every year they didn't win a state championship, except the one year they won, or every coach that has never won a state championship is suspect... That's what you basically saying... You a suspect coach until you get a state championship right

Don't knock Sutton, he's hands down one of the best coaches in Memphis... Took Kingsbury and made them become a contender, went to craigmont and had one of the best defenses in memphis the year he was there... And has brought Ridgeway back to being a top 3 team in memphis... I'm sure if you ask J.Harris over at WH if they have a better coaching staff he would say it's even, cause every staff has the same respect for opposing staffs... Every coach respects the grind of another... Better talent doesn't make one coaching staff superior.... Remember that

I'm just looking at stats and scores and thinking it'll be a dog fight... 42-18 to Melrose and 32-0 are impressive wins for them... Well the points scored are impressive... But as I hear WH does have that 1 big play in the 4th quarter that helps them win a lot of close games! Not saying neither team will win or lose but I would be lying if I didn't want Central to come with the same competitive edge as they did last year....

Not much talk about the Central vs Whitehaven game.... Are the BHZers scared or worried...??? I've been waiting around all week to read that thread but it's nowhere to be found... I think it's gonna be the best game in Memphis this week... And MUS and Liberty/East and White Station being tied for #2....

I especially got a special tie to my guys Mcfarron and Nesbit over at Bartlett... And Sutton at Ridgeway... Spann at Woodale... Coach Hampton... No sir none of those schools come to millington first... North meaning the recruiters start inner city... At the Ridgeways, At the WS, Whitehavens... See clearly you probably was a guy that doesn't understand recruiting... Let me break this down to you... Coaches are assigned an area, and any coach that gets Memphis will start out at the schools such as Melrose, East, WS, WH, CBHS, Christian Brothers... Then they come to Millington, Arlington, Bolton, Brighton, Munford last... Every single recruiter that has came thru the doors of millington say that same thing... So no it's not a Crock... I just hate a person to come on here and downplay athletes that are the same caliber but went to different schools... And BTW let me introduce you to some real states... That year Genesy had 2,000 yards and 31 touchdowns... In an offense that every team we played knew he was getting it... So don't discredit him... And Donald Gray from WS is at a Juco as well I guess he's not playing real football either right?? Did you play college ball blackhavensenator? Because you think if a kid don't go SEC he's not a great athlete... School is about education first, football and anything else second... I don't care where a kid go, if they are blessed to go for free, like it did then my job is done... I don't care if it's the school for the blind!!

Imma jump in here a throw my two cents in, in which I rarely do... I thought Genesy was then and still now a better back... Thing about millington is, it's north of all the other schools in Memphis... So by time a recruiter comes our way heck they've already used up all there scholarships and want our guys to walk on... And there parents to pay for school with hopes of them earning a scholarship one day... Most of those kids parents don't have money like that and never will... And I'm sitting here with my mouth open for somebody to say that Millington doesn't have the same tradition or history as a good program... Must I remind you that Millington beat Whitehaven when they had Rontay Lang( spelling may be off) or that millington beat Whitehaven Twice in one year Rushin Jones' (senior year). I played at Millington and I played at Memphis... Which I was recruited with two Whitehaven players, Devin Yarbrough and Lloyd Patterson which were good receivers... Not to mention Alan Cross whose at Memphis right now(starting at Fullback/tight end) Lakeron Garcia whose at Memphis right now... Roland Genesy whose in Glendale, Arizona... Stanton Brown who played for Rhodes... Galloway, Calico, Tucker, the list goes on.... One thing about a millington kid is, once you give him a chance in college they will put up numbers and not just be a guy on the ROSTER!!!! Whitehaven no doubt is the power house in this town in football... Last year y'all had injuries, but never get on here and say Millington ain't got tradition or a program with real history... And imma make a bold statement... Josh is probably the #1 linebacker in Memphis... Trust me when I say this Patrick Macon #44 is #2

My whole point is if you gonna say 7 backs are better than him then prove it!!!!!!!!! You can prove 2 are better... They have the numbers but, you can't prove the other 5 are better... They dnt have numbers.... If your a top 5 back your gonna finish in the top 5 of both of these categories... Rushing yards and Touchdowns.... That's how you prove if you are an elite back.... Robinson, great back... But dnt have nowhere near the numbers to be in this argument.... Last year different story.... Wilkins great athlete... Numbers aren't the same as #36.... Dobson, great back numbers are not the same as #36.... And I'm sticking to my argument as well #36 one of the top 3 RBs in the city and HIS NUMBERS PROVES IT!!!!!!

Now it's the offense... What none of y'all realize is every time a team has game planned to stop Roland they have put nine in the box... I dnt think those other backs would fair so well with 9 in the box to stop them... And while y'all keep saying talent wise he's not a top 5 back in the city, I'll let the numbers argue with your opinion... Cuz your not #3 in the city in rushing or #2 in touchdowns for nothing... So stop putting these guys in this category that dnt have the same numbers... While you keep making opinions and running from the FACTS.... Imma stick with the numbers and the numbers dnt lie!!! Here we go with a another non-believer... Again not taking anything away from any back on that list... But against Brighton he had over a 100 yards, #4 in the city... Against Craigmont he had 248 and 5 touchdowns and kimbrow played Craigmont and they lost and he didn't have nowhere near the same numbers and East lost... Against Arlington which was #3 in the city at the time... had 193 and 5 touchdowns... Now correct me if am I wrong but if a guy is #3 in the city in yards and #2 in the city in touchdowns you still dnt put him in the top 5??? For example let's take Wooddales schedule... Collierville, Houston, Overton, Kirby, Cordova... Out of those 5 teams he would of put up 150+.... In which he did vs Cordova and Kirby..... On Germantowns schedule 6 of those teams he would of had 150+... Ridgeways schedule he would have had 150+ on 5 of those teams... I guess this guy must didn't read the paper today... And Memphis school for the blind... Still dnt get why some people get on here and make comments to down a 17-18 year old... But I guess Craigmont, Arlington, and Brighton are now the Memphis school for the blind!!!

But say if they are playing Bolton and up 42-0 and you leave your starters in and after a 25 yard run... Bolton "thinks" your trying to run the score up and the next play one of their players purposely hits your star running back in the knees and he tears his acl or mcl... You can't risk that... You dnt kno what a 15-18 year old kid will do and you dnt risk it because then it will lie completely on that head coaches shoulders!!!
