I have faith because I saw how this team came together when they played jasper, but we have yet to see them play that way again. This is one of the most hard nosed team I have seen sp have in a while, but I'm gonna say thats because we can't just rely on the talent we are used to having.

You act like nobody is giving whitwell a chance. Everyone knows they are a good ball team and will be next year. After that good luck for a while. If whitwell does beat sp this week all of whitwell is gonna act like this is the best team to ever come out of the whole county including you. I think whitwells all around team speed is better along with more athletes. This year's sp team is average. Nothing special, just fundamental football, good coaching and alot of heart. Sp has been so spoiled with our past football teams it's just ridiculous. If sp offense plays the way they have been they will get beat this week for sure. Either way we all should just be happy with all sp jasper and whitwell representing the county again this coming Friday night.

Lol Dang why is everyone so hard up on what I had to say? Just speaking the truth. Speaking on changes I did hear where our young qb was playing and we looked alot better in the 2nd half against gp. I think against some of the better teams we are going to be playing in the next few weeks we need to air it out more so other teams aren't stacking the box on us and keep them honest. This is a good sp team but just not the teams of the past that we are used to seeing.

Just wait and see. I hate to say it but just wait. Probably gonna be a completely different team you see play. We will see how well the sp coaches can adjust on both sides of the ball.

Per my sources I do believe whitwell will be in the semi vs greenback/coalfield and my sources are very very reliable. Next year will be about the same for sp. Whitwell will be better after that it's gonna be their freshman class that will cause some trouble. Curious to how many transfers each school will get from grundy
