Anybody have updates on Edwards and Balado...I seen Balado his injury looks more serious.

I have said this for years....too many people down there causes way too much confusion...this needs to be handled and under control.I have had visiting teams wondering how many coaches does Hamton have.Good grief these people need to be in the stands as fans and another note youth club/grasscutter coaches need to coach on saturday's coach luns coaches on friday ...i've have never heard such downgrading in my life last night toward the coaching staff I know there are issues and coach luns will iron this out..I believe in this team and I know we will be ready this week and we will make a run come playoff time...Go Dogs

I couldn't imagine a season without Hampton versus HV...I guarntee that Hv has the film from friday I can just about bet they are getting a game plan together...Hampton cannot come out of the gates as flat as they did last week or they will be down by 3 scores before the second quarter...but i do believe they had a wake up call and are ready for this one..HV has enough offense to keep it close for 3 quarters but Hampton comes out on top 32-14.

i believe the dogs will be well prepared for this one coming up..i remember going to the creek last year and i know the creekers aren't the same team as last year, but hampton went into that game favored and had to play catch up the whole game and barely squeeked out with the win..this being senior night we will be ready to take care of business.

Hope you are right Jeffs...i do believe this game will be one in the trenches..our o-lines and d-lines need to be ready for this one...i hear for the most part they whipped hv lineman all over the field..and hv is usually pretty solid up front...so i am looking for another hogs award this week....go dogs.....

He would be a big addition to the line he's a big youngun..good kid too...i think his dad played for hampton back in the 80's if i'm thinking of the same kid.i really thought he would have already transfered this year but we'll see...

agreed 100% thank you hopefully most of the fans will agree with me I know all of my team mates know it wouldn't the coach of was our falt not his nobody is at fault at this season..it was a great season for hampton football..nobody should hang their heads low on this season..i am proud of all the players coaches,etc...keep striving to be the best you can be in anything you do and you will accomplish your goals...

maybe you are the one that should leave hampton and never come to another game getting on here bashing like this...this years team went above my expectations this year....coach lunsford did not hold hampton back rockwood held hampton back they were the better team urban meyer or pete carroll could not have won that game friday night..rockwood had the better athletes all over the field..i sure enjoyed this years playoffs better than last years. do you remember that long drive back home from greenback...i sure do...coach lunsford is going to be just fine he will have a winning program....

Jared Irick was probably one of the better athletes on the team in 07 he ran well and played most of that year with a turf toe injury playing at fullback and running back along with jaynes..they were a pretty dynamic duo..what a game irick had against midway..,but one thing that i see different from .07 team and 09 team is if 07 team got kicked in the pile they went back to the huddle and got ready to run over you..09 team gets kicked they kick back and then they run over you..we have seen more personal fouls this year than we have in a while...i'm just saying this years team are tough,physical and don't back down from anybody..

How does this years oneida team compare to last years? I know last year they were a very strong team...

long hard practices is called determination and preperation.....when you put forth the effort monday through thursday...it shows up on friday.....go dawgs..

I drove by the field going on 6 last night and they were still practicing in the dark.they know they are going to have to work hard to get a win friday..this team is focused and is ready to take care of business friday....go dawgs

I like the 09 team because of depth...but with little mike at qb he wasn't the greatest runner like we have this year but he sure could manage a game and was very persistent.It would be hard to pick a winner but if townsend stayed healthy in 06 that team would beat either 07 or 09 in my opinion..

I like the changes made this week due to the fact that it kept the backs fresh...I noticed especially in the first half they were rotated about every play.and it showed up in the 4th qtr...there's not many teams as it showed tonight to have the luxury that we do to have as many fine backs as we do..i'm not saying they are the greatest to come through hampton,but they are very good and are as hardnosed as they come...............keep up the hard work dogs its going to get tougher each week....

i feel good about hampton's chances in this game...hampton's kicking game will be the difference which has improved drastically from last year...also hampton has a couple players that could very well have a breakout game.they have a more balanced attack on offense than people give them credit for...the cannon may not be only thing exploding in bulldog country come friday..24-21 hampton
