FCS vs Ezell - Go Big Green! They looked good tonight. The guys that played football have a few more practices under their belt and the team is settling in nicely! Like I said in another post, they are going to be tough this year! Saw a number of beautiful assists and smooth shots tonight. Great teamwork guys. Keep it up! This is going to be an exciting year. I'm looking forward to every game.

this may be true but they have exited early the past few years with a lot more talent than the people that put them out and they are not near as good this year so maybe your coaching and talent will come to surface this year and gordonsville is playing with players from smith county while friendship has the whole country to pick from. Oh, my! We may have exited early in the Region Tourney, but we went undefeated in our District - regular season and tourney - which included the team from Smith County. Like all teams, everybody has their good days and bad days.

Go Big Green!!!! They don't have to go online and brag, they show what they have on the court and I admire the way they work as a team! Everyone will see a great group of guys that believe an "assist" is just as important as being the person scoring the points. If all coaches could teach that, then we would see more teams like the Commanders. A Ball Hog can sure effect a team, in a bad way. Between the coaching and the talent, the Commanders will be tough, AGAIN, this year.

My blood runs green and I'm an alumni - FCS Commanders. How long has this site been active? I'm sure that info is on here somewhere. I'm still cruising around checking out all the topics and comments. Some are pretty funny and others, well .... interesting. I'm looking forward to the bb game next week. I've got a feeling it's going to be an interesting year, especially now that I know how to access the site and will be able to read the posts! Thanks again for giving all the fans a place to voice their opinions.

Hey CoachT - You've been a topic in our house for the past 3 or 4 years. My husband is a regular and posts often. I've heard him laugh and at times become angry at some of the comments that others post. He and his buddies are constantly discussing the topics and comments. Well, curiosity got the best of me and I had to check it out. Amazing!! I'll probably be a regular now! Thanks for providing a forum for everyone to discuss the games and have a little "clean trash talk" fun. Our son plays basketball so I'm excited to see how the season develops, expecially on the site! I hope everyone will be kind and positive where the kids are concerned.
