You have my vote from Union City. I will spread the word and tell everyone I know to vote for Jonathon. I heard the story at the game last friday. Seems like another version of "The Blind Side". The OC Football team was at the game. I know of several of our fans that thanked them for their support. It was really nice of the coach to bring them. I heard they brought 2 busses. Some of the kids that play football for both programs do hang out so I am sure that they were rooting for UC. This rivalry everyone talkes about is only on the fields and court. Outside of that, they get along fine. Thanks again OC for supporting our team. It certainly did not go unnoticed.

Well Roy, next time you talk to your buddy Murphy, ask him about the TSSAA mandatory dead period. He should be able to tell you all about it. I am really surprised that you never saw anything about it in that Murphy's Fair book that he gave you. You think I'm joking cause I'm not.

Roy, You are too funny. Our boys love the weight room. They take pride in lifting. As the poster before said, the boys lifted as normal all last week. With a driving force of inspiration and Pride. But those boys from "Union" wont be doing any weight lifting for the next 3 weeks as it is now their dead period. You think I'm kiddin cause I'm not!! : Way to make us proud Tornadoes. You have now made history in Union City, Tennessee. Cherish every moment of it. You deserve it.

First let me say Congrats to the Union City Golden Tornadoes. What an awesome year. You guys have overcome so much this year. And to bring home the GOLD BALL is absolutely awesome. To the SP fans that have been nothing but respectful...thank you. To you guys that have run your pie holes for the last week about how we dont deserve to be there...shame on you. These are kids. Enough said. I cannot believe that I am the only one from NW Tennessee that has mentioned the TV coverage. After coming home last night and watching the game, it is very obvious to me that we in fact won this game by more points than were shown on the scoreboard. Did ANYONE else notice on the TV that the first score for SP shouldnt have even been on the board? It is so obvious by all the angles of the cameras that they guy NEVER crossed the line. Our line plainly pushed him back...he never crossed into the end zone. In addition, our boys in the trenches will swear to you that he fumbled the ball. Now I couldnt see the fumble, but I saw the line...and I saw him with the ball...and guess what. He DID NOT SCORE. WATCH IT. I want to know what you think?? So if this is the case and all of you guys are saying we won by only a FG.......NOW WHAT???? Not trying to be smart alec.....just pointing out the oh so very obvious. Maybe the guy that called the coin toss should not have been so cocky to our boys before the game ever started. Karma is a @*#@*......huh boys?
