  1. Yes, you are correct. However, I believe another senior will be starting come tomorrow night against Summertown with Robertson that transferred from Loretto. Tomorrow is the first game of the season that he will be eligible. So thinking he may start over Crews to help the ball security of the backcourt. LC is very young outside of those 3 and love to run!
  2. I am not a Summertown fan. I'm stating my opinion from watching both teams in the past. WC is extremely scrappy, which could give Summertown trouble. I just assume it will be closer than people will expect. I mean, it is a rivalry game.
  3. Summertown will win by 6. Chard will redeem himself from his shooting performance against WC last year. Good luck to both!
  4. I'm not a Summertown fan. I was just stating something from seeing them previously play. Just stating my opinion. Good luck to both teams. May the best team win.
  5. We shall see. Chard and Allen are playing exceptionally well right now. So is Blake Gray.
  6. With Tucker out and Chard and Allen playing the way they are, Summertown will win by 10-15+.
  7. Binns, would really appreciate it if you gave the results for these upcoming games! Hopefully 8-aaa can pull out some wins! Law Co lost a close one Friday night to Blackman (closer than score indicates because of fouling) and a heart breaker to Marshall County on Saturday on a buzzer beater. Lincoln County edged out a win over Loretto by 6-8, but it was also much closer than score indicates. Looks like the district could very well be a toss up. Will be fun to see!
  8. Blackman did not impress me at all. Riverdale did. I thought LC would come out and hang with Riverdale, but the score shows otherwise. LC couldn't hardly make anything from the field. Outside of #42 (Mansfield), they don't have much scoring.
  9. I think Lawrence County will finish better than 6th, solely because they have the best coach in the district, hands down. Losing 6 players that play 90% of the minutes and score 90% of the points is super difficult to replace. I don't think any team in the district will be able to hang with any 7-AAA team though. Unfortunately.
  10. This year's district seems to be full of young teams. Any predictions on how the district will fall out?
  11. Really buddy? You come out, first downgrading your own team, then downgrading LCHS that bad? It shows what kind of person you really are. Summertown did indeed play a good game. Chard and Allen have improved tremendously from last year where they could only shoot the three, to being able to drive the lane and finish. However, I believe it is not necessary to downgrade LC that bad. LC lost 6 seniors that played 90% of the minutes. It is hard for a team with hardly any experience go into that "Hoosiers" look a like gym and compete effectively. However, Summertown played a good game and deserved to come out with the W. But for your own sake, learn some respect.
  12. I think LC really came out and shocked some people tonight. GC came in overconfident, but came out with the W. It will be tough throughout the season for the Wildcats with losing 6 seniors last year that played 90% of the minutes. However, LC will shock people throughout the season as they almost did tonight. Congrats to the Bobcats and good luck to y'all through the season!
  13. I am an 8-AAA person. But I believe you have it pretty close. Maybe Oakland beats Blackman. Blackman did not impress me versus Lawrence County, even though they did win. LC played extremely sloppy, but so did Blackman. #11 for Blackman is dangerous at the top of their press though. Region 4-AAA shall compete for the state title.
  14. The only game I know is Memphis Central beat them by 2 points I believe. Correct me if I am wrong. But it looks as if LC could contend this year.
