lets not forget about coach hoese at SG...he's only been coaching for 4 or 5 years now...he had a 20 win season last year and is looking good for 25 plus wins this season...

Rutledge is a definite surprise this year, but then again i must say that they are always solid. Over the years i would have to say that rutledge and GP have been the two most consistently tough teams to play. as for the Hawaiian Punch, he may not guard sauceman, rohr, or wright but you may forget that sauceman and wright are not the perimeter players...they are the posts so i would figure he would have to guard one of the two...if he does not guard any of those three people he will have to guard one the other two guards who are going to be twice as quick as he is...for his sake i hope that the rest of his team plays helpside D because like i said before, there is no one on the SG team that he can guard out on the floor...and as far as the zone, id say mr. rohr is just praying to see a zone so he can dial long distance from CG all night long.

one more poison i forgot to add to that quote: wright's mid range fade-away's...i think he could shoot those over shaq all day long and make 75% of them.

i must say that i agree with play hard on this subject. the guy is 6'8" and weighs 240. if he can guard any of the three seniors outside it will amaze me. i hope he guards sauceman...sauceman will cross goliath over and dunk it in his face. ive been at games where sauceman has swatted taller people's shots before. it is quite amazing that one could think this monster is gonna be quick enough to guard anyone...true they could stick him in the middle and play zone, but from what ive seen, id say rohr and donahue will quickly shoot the panthers right out of that zone.

so what about this big guy from CG? he is supposed to be real but come on...2 points in a game...at his size? foul trouble or what? for 2 points he needs a good excuse. he is a good 5 inches taller than anyone else in that district.
