After seeing the flooding in Hendersonville, I assume the field of dreams is under water. Will the field be ready for the district tournament? If not, where will it be played?

I heard Station Camp beat Mount Juliet 3-1. Anybody got details?

I don't like to see the score run up, but... I don't want to see a team give up either. It appeared from the original post that the losing team had given up. As stated - "I witnessed a coach putting his starting fowards back into a match when the score was already 7 - nil and the opposing (losing) team was using their second and third string at all positions." I have always been taught not to give up. If the 2nd and 3rd stringers are playing when you are losing the 1st string gave up or the coach did. If the opponent has given up why not use the end of the game to work on some particular aspect of your offense? The fact that he put his starting forwards back in means that they didn't try to run up the score as much as they could have. Maybe get them ready for their next game against a strong district team.

Most of their schedule is on EurosportScoreboard.com. I know they lost a scrimmage to Wilson Central which is not included.

Are these suprising results? Can we expect a Father Ryan runaway tomorrow?

I enjoy getting the hendersonville fans started. You are just reinforcing my point. Your reasoning for Ravenwood being ranked was that they beat the high and mighty Cammandos in one scrimmage game. Rwood lost both other games against ranked teams. Your team lost their only game against a ranked team. One game means nothing until it is your last. 1 can't make or break you. I don't know anything about Portland. How did they go from nothing in A/AA to beating the mighty Commandos?

Newcastle, based on your logic Portland would be in the rankings too. They beat Hville in a game that mattered. I don't disagree that Ravenwood should be in the rankings.

Why is it that the fans of Hendersonville always have an excuse for why the team lost? - Hendersonville lost on a very soft Pk Call that should of never happened. There were many chances for both team and really proved that both teams are champion contenders. It was great game Hendersonville just couldn't finish the ball. The Portland keeper, #1 Sam Robinson, was a beast when stopping the ball and just had a great game. the score was made by #3 Tyler Sawyer, it was passed up through the defenders he ran onto the ball as the keeper came out he kicked over him a scored... that was really the end of the game because it seemed like to me the refs were in more favor of Hendersonville. Other fans in the district can be honest why not the district 9AAA big gun? Portland played really bad for a 3rd game in a row and S.C. was ready to play.. Portland needs time to regroup... They play Knox West this week so that should be very interesting...

What is up with JP2? They dropped from #8 overall #4 in D2 to not ranked at all? Was this an oversight or are they having a down year?
