  1. No shame here. And be sure to print your post and have it with you at the farewell party for CC. Like I said before, I am trying to help you keep him by putting this out there. Maybe he will change his mind just to prove me wrong. But I doubt it, he is more concerned about the athletes that are not coming anymore more than what taco says on coacht.
  2. This thread is about FHS football, not your prejudices against Mexicans. Taco has quite the network. Most Williamson County info in no more than a phone call or two away for me. Stay on topic mom, not on taco. You already embarrassed your son with your behavior two seasons ago. Why make anyone relive it? You are no longer a cougar. You stopped being one when you betrayed the entire football program and the entire school. You might rethink your screen name here. You have been exposed. Besides, you never post about football, you only post about people. So what is your point being here? Adios
  3. As a new fan to CHS, wouldnt it be logical that I dont know as much about specifics yet? I've been following Wilco football for a while and can read papers and hear what people say. And unless I have not been living in America, as I thought I was, I can have and state my opinion. Why are you so threatened by it? Stay on topic, not on taco. And from what i gather, yes, CHS's defense can stop the run. They may be small but fast. That is an advantage if you use it right and dont give up a big play.
  4. There is a reason moms dont coach football. They cant focus. Stay on topic. This is about football, not your idiotic posts aimed at me. Your kid lost his qb spot, no matter what you, daddy, and grand daddy did to try to get it back for him. Its not his fault he was slow, it was yours. Its a little thing called genetics. Now move on from me and stay on topic about the game and the teams, not taco. Or do I need to go into booster accounts? Or BGA?
  5. And how do you know that no one in the district wants to go against their defense? How silly to say. Two touchdowns will win almost every game against Indy this year. Keeping your offense midfield will keep your kicker out of range. Thats an easy game plan against a weak offense that has an iffy air game and no run game.
  6. And that brings it back to the point I was making about 20 posts ago to another poster talking about how good they think FHS's freshman team is; it really doesnt matter. If they cant do it in a varsity game, it doesnt matter, and in another year, FHS will be in serious rebuilding mode...with a new head coach to boot.
  7. most adults learned a long time ago not to believe everything they read. I couldnt even tell you with certainty what defense CHS is running right now.
  8. Can you show me my posts saying I have been to their scrimmages? In fact, I have said I didnt go to the scrimmages. I do know they stopped a very strong run game against Mt. Juliet in the spring. Mt. Juliet was much bigger, but not nearly as quick. Could be the difference. PC, respect this thread and keep it about football, not you trying to figure out who I am. You kid is gone from CHS. You and your family left a mess in your wake after your kid got pulled from the position you thought he should have. Get over it. It has nothing to do with me and certainly has nothing to do with eubanks. A little detective work goes a long way.
  9. it was a fluke. Sounds like blackman was very flat and looking past IHS. They survived it with a win. They will get stronger all season long. If it is even a close game with Page, IHS should be embarassed.
  10. I do think CHS is going to surprise a lot of people. I know HHS is 5a as well, but I was talking specifically Wilco schools. Everyone always picks on CHS, but seem to forget they are in a lower classification.
  11. this is a no win game for IHS. If they win, they beat a 4a school half their size and no one cares. If they lose, welll...
  12. right, not sarah p, but your very first post is against me. Sure. Welcome to CoachT. Graet choice of a first post. Wilco seems to be down this year. Sounds like BHS we unimpressive against Cookeville. FHS lost to a mid to lower range Rutherford Co school, siegel. Indy plays great and loses to a Blackman that sounded very flat and probably looking past them. I think anyone can be looked at as a district contender at this point. Centennial hasnt played yet, so who knows what they will show up with. I think their game against Overton will be a big one. But correct me if I am wrong, but of RHS, BHS, FHS, IHS, and CHS, isnt CHS the only 5A school?
  13. Hello Sarah, welcome back to Coacht. Enjoy your time away?
  14. How much did Hendersonville lose off of their state finals team last year? Intersting match up. A top 5a team against a strong 6a.
  15. So what the game is telling us is that Indy played a very good game, Blackman played a very bad one, and Indy still lost. That doesnt bode well. Thats a reality check for any team.
  16. just saw it. Thats impressive...and surprising. Isnt Riverdale picked on top in their district? I dont see blackman being that good, they may be, but sounds like they have a lot of kinks to work out.
  17. i can certainly agree with that. I still question the top 40 ranking thing. Is he talking in the nation or in the state? In the state doesnt mean much to be top 40. Arent there only about 56 6a teams in the stae?
  18. I havent seen a ranking that puts Blackman in the top 40 in the nation, but I probably missed it. If indy outplayed blackman all night, wouldnt they have a W instead of a L? Who on the Indy roster has explosive potential? I dont recall much coming up through the ranks.
  19. everyone not "indy homer blinded" said indy would lose. You lost. The margin doesnt matter. No one was proven wrong, except the people that said indy would win, and I'm sure if there were any of those anyway. Enjoy a great season of fieldgoals. Focus on the next game, and move on from the LOSS.
  20. my posts are always on topic until some bozo like you derails it. Let the mancrush go. This tread is about Franklin football, not your idiotic jabs at me.
  21. Didnt the Centennial freshman team go undefeated, or close to it, three years ago? I think they won the freshman league at least, but I may be wrong. Point is...they are freshman. What 14 and 15 year olds do doesnt always translate to varsity successs. It wont at FHS either.
  22. My magic jumping beans have revealed all. CC is done after this season. Hey I am trying to help you out and keep him around. Maybe he will see this and will stay to prove me wrong. He's let it slip to some on his staff. Sorry guys, the captain is getting off the sinking ship.
  23. I believe you were slamming me a few weeks back when I was asking about what was revealed at the 7 on 7. Remember that? Want me to go get the post that asked about receivers and young lineman? Ouch. Posts # 5,6, and 7 in this very thread are very revealing, as revealing as the 7 on 7 turned out to be.
  24. I didnt make any predictions about this game, so I am not sure what you mean. I do think Indy will get some wins, but no more than 5. If their defense can keep the score down, the kicker can keep them in the game. Most games, the final score will be some multiple of 3. I think Indy is in the same position as FHS, on a downhill slide that will get worse and worse over the next two years. Indy is losing athletes to Summit, Franklin is losing them to Centennial, some privates, mainly BGA and BA. The loss of one or two athletes to each of those schools a year, over a few years, has a huge effect on an overall program. Clayton sees the handwriting and will be jumping ship after this year. Dyson has a pipe dream of being a legitimate high school coach and will try to stick it out and be gone in about 3 or 4 seasons. The magic jumping beans have revealed that to me,
