All of us here know all of these players, just like you, we see them play in the summer time and this is the onlyh high school program I have heard of that didn't kill most summer ball players batting averages, kids hitting 200 higher here than in summerball...if it is only the coach that is doing that then he needs a college job making the real money....as for pitchers...summerball era's and Ws & Ls vs. these era's and Ws & Ls.....not even close happening more than in tournaments knowing what we know

Well, I can assure you I know several past and present players that wouldn't throw out a vest. I guess the rest of us should just be in awe when we step out on the field with them... Lets just go ahead and crown em now and forget the formalities of the remaining games, the rest of us are so unworthy of your tremondous talent, we just hope you don't beat us down with those ball crushing bats...I am sure Cliff would never allow an illegal one, it may tarnish his pristine reputation.

Back in the day that is because the coaches actually made you work to become a good athlete and weren't afraid to damage your self esteem or build character, there truly is a complete lack of character in the youth today...hand it to a few because of who mommy and daddy think they are and keep it from the ones that really work to earn it...wonder where this concept came from.

Forget it

I read in the paper where the Walker Valley coach is retiring. It's obvious why, with 5AAA including Ooltewah and Soddy, now is the time to get out. Is ole Cliff gonna have his umpires to insure a win at the lake this weekend funny they didn't want any of that warrior classic :roll:

Looks like Soddy is playing at home again in this part of the world they will win as long as they are playin with these umps

Good picks, but I will take GPS agaist Soddy, too many of those girls can hit that "NASTY" drop curve. So mine are GPS, Grace, OOltewah and Sequatchie I stand corrected, it was a "nasty" Drop Curve, Good hitting by Soddy GPS needs to keep playing those private schools and keep pretending they can play with the big dogs if they ever had real comp they wouldn't know what a championship was.
