Is that true? If so, that will be a big blow to that team because he was really good but also Bradshaw will have to use more energy handling the ball which could affect his shooting late in games. Also, Maplewood lost some players, right? So, to say that they are clearly better may be a stretch. They may be better, but clearly...not so sure. Thats why you play the games. He will be out for about 3 months. He had shoulder surgery about 3 weeks ago to repair a torn labrum. He should be back around the time district play starts if rehab goes as planned.

Are you talking about the CPA transfer or the Goodpasture transfer? Bradshaw (CPA) is a good athlete with nice handles and a streaky shooter. Good player. Rhoten (Goodpasture) is a spot-up shooter. Thats it. No handles. Certainly doesnt handle like Tim Hardaway. Niether does, really. Not sure who you are talking about here.

Its not like Coach Williams wont be practicing the team and taking them to some camps this summer. As long as he is at Liberty he will still be the coach...in some capacity.

Agreed. There is a big difference between a wish list of possible candidates and a list of actual interested candidates. Maddox and Sonn arent going anywhere. Throw out some realistic candidates. I think it needs to be a young, high energy guy with some connections that will attract some players. Who that guy is...I am not sure. Ideas?

Not dissing BGA. I think it would be good job. I just dont think Sonn would leave the program he has been building to start building another one. Thats all I was saying. I havent seen BGA play and have no idea what they have. But taking over a 5 win program, after back to back state tournament runs just doesnt make much sense. It still may happen. But I would think it would take alot of green to make it happen.

Unless they are planning to throw 6 figures at him, I dont see him leaving USN. He has been to the state tournament the last couple of years and BGA has been down for awhile. It would be a step backwards. I realize Lyles is gone now but I still think he is in a better situation already. That being said...dollar signs are the ultimate equalizer. Should be interesting.

Not sure why Thomas or Bond would want this gig. Seems like a lateral move to me. Is Blackman any better than Shelbyville or WC? It doesnt seem to be from an outsiders perspective. Money may be a little better. But Bond does well with the team camp, I'm sure. Not trying to slight Blackman. Just doesnt make alot of sense to me. What am I missing?
