i have been around for just about all the bad times. I mostly read thoughts on the games and give a prediction every now and then. I won't cry or gloat much either way but I will call out the bozo's when they are littering the boards! Just ask old Coach (Roy) and the OP (oversized prostrate)! Lol

Great point. The publics hold their own in football but you are exactly right about the other sports! I would love to see a breakdown of the total championships won by privates playing in the public sector vs the public schools with football left out of it. Maybe someone has the resources to provide that info.

Thank you for recognizing what many have been saying. I mostly enjoy reading the different perspectives here on the T. Starting to come out of my shell and post more than in recent years. Seems to be a lot of good people on here that are pasionate about their teams, as they should be. Please excuse my intolerance for a select few.

These are the marquis match ups for sure this season! Meigs is also a player! I am excited to see how it all plays out! Tyner, with their 27 seniors will be hard to deal with! Coach Turner is a quality leader for this group of young men!

i am not a fan of the polls! If you look at each team on this list I would say any of these teams could beat the other on any given night. GCA has played 2 really good teams and Tyner beat a powerhouse ND team (which is really impressive). This will be an exciting year. I am just thankful I am get to watch it! Good luck to all!

I think this game will be a really good test for us. I think we are overrated but a quality team. Your team is as talented as any team we will face this year and you are coming off of a heartbreaking loss to a quality opponent. We have not been tested so far this season and things are about to get really tough for us. I think we all the tools to be a great team (talent, coaching, community support) but I still want to see what this group is made of where it counts! I look forward to coming to your place. I have a few friends that are old Tigers and I will be looking them up later this week to see if they are going to the game. Don't pay any attention to my hastiness toward the skillet heads. Their whole game is to try and get under your skin and it never stops. Good luck to both teams and I hope all come out injury free!!!!

Sounds like you have spoken those words many times in your life, which i assume isn't too uncommon for someone that close to the Alabama line. They bring up the same things over and over and over. Your own fan base is tired of these clowns. I rarely respond to their nonsense and I will revert back to my old ways soon enough. I enjoy reading the thoughts of most of the posters on here and I really do support the valley teams when we are not playing each other. I have many friends on both sides of this rivalary and its all in good fun but like I said before they litter every site.

If it hurts your little feelings that bad I will remove it for you! You have mentioned it 3 times now in other posts! Your fellow Pirate gave me the idea the last several years when the Pirates were whipping up on us so I thought I would take that idea from him. Everyone knows that we ended your 8 year run last year. It was your first run of 8 so since we have had 2 such runs I will be the better person and remove it for you.
