The school systems have caused this issue. There is no repercussions allowed in Metro schools .. there is always a law / rule to keep students out of trouble to improve graduation rates.. kids have to darn near kill someone to get expelled.. other countries don't have these limitations. If the kids act like this in the building do you see the struggle to instill discipline outside of the school day . Not making any excuses just stating, it's not as easy as these county schools have it . Metro has some good coaches better than some of these county schools they just face many more battles that other coaches don't have . Granted it is still mandatory in football and some metro coaches struggle with it .. such as east , Antioch , and Overton from what I hear. All 3 should have new coaches
