Wrestlers/Coaches/Parents... If you dont have a Preseason Plan, but would like to offer your wrestlers Mat time and weight training contact me... Preseason Training will begin Sept. 13th, and i will be updating times and days very soon! Cost per wrestler $50.00 will cover insurance through AAU! We will run the Preseason right up to the High school season.

Follow up.. i will send out an email to local school also. If interested, Preseason NOV 20th @ KNOX CENTRAL. Cost will be $75.00, must have at least 8 or 10 schools interested by Sept. 3rd

Coach, NO. They have moved it to Halls this year. NOV 6th as a fundraiser for scholarship money. Thanks for asking. Also, the above mentioned does not count towards a Preseason Scrimmage from what i understand!

Also, any youth/middle school wrestlers interested in coming please post that info via email to me. I may run a mat for these guys as well!

At this point i have not had much luck on getting a home tournament started for this year. I know the Karns Beaver Bash is going on the 20th of November but i would like to INVITE ALL TEAMS FOR A PRESEASON TOURNAMENT AT CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL KNOXVILLE. If i can get some good interest for this tournament on this date i will move forward immediately! KNOXVILLE’S 1st Annual Central Bobcats WRESTLING TOURNAMENT @ Central High School December 18th, 2010 We are going to run this tournament as a double elimination, top 6 medal, with one Outstanding Wrestler Award and one Outstanding Academic Wrestler award. My goal as a head coach is to promote wrestling in Knoxville to the fullest of my ability and to build up a NEW ERA at Central High School. Not sure, but i am doing all i can to change things up in Knoxville. I need help though. I am going to be a first year head coach, and i have lots of ideas. Very ambitious.
