I love it! Maybe our hometown will once again become the football crazy little town we used to know Tigertiger. Wouldn't it be great!

Laura Bell at Halls High School is awfully good! Throws in the 60's I know. Pitches in a small classification, but Halls plays 4A and 5A competition often and plays them tough! Halls came in 7th in the tournament in Jackson. Not bad considering Laura is pitching with a pin in her ankle!

Get it done Tigers. I hope Chris lets the kid throw early and often~

Being from Halls, I know that the Harris kid who pitched the State Championship game is from Halls. I know that two of the players including the good receiver on the football team have parents from Halls, but I think a lot of people are simply moving to the area and it could be misinterpreted as "recruiting". Maybe some people in Dyersburg can see the handwriting on the wall when it comes to athletics and they don't want to be embarrased by what used to be the little school down the road. I think it would be a big mistake to cancel the series. A lot of people really enjoy the series and a lot of money has got to be going into both athletic departments because of the series!

Hey TigerTiger! Nice to have a fellow alum on here! Wouldn't it be nice to see Halls actually play some real football again! I really don't know what has been going on, but I know I can lay a lot of this crap to this day at the hands of the class of 1993! Quitting football in High School has been "popular" to these kids ever since. That being said, I FULLY support the kids who play and I know the coaching staff is full of good guys. Its just disgusting to see three different Junior High teams steamroll through schedules that include the likes of Ripley, Dyersburg, Brownsville, Covington, and Lake County only to get blown out in High School!
