Coach Rang should be #1,2,3 choice.

Rang stock is up so leaving now is his best option. If he doesn't then he might stay for years at Dresden. I hope he stays at Dresden for you guys. I just don't think 1a football and 6 hours from family and closest friends is his future. He made a mistake at 26 years old by leaving classroom giving a test. He was made for an example bc of his age and not a family to provide for or I don't think he would have been asked to resign. He came to Dresden for one purpose and that was to coach this years class. It looks like both parties accomplished their goals. No one from Dresden should be mad or give him a hard time if he leaves bc he did put 100 percent to the program the whole time he was in Dresden and will leave the program in excellent shape. I wish Westview would have had him.

If Coach Rang not hired then a mistake. He has a compionship under his belt. He had 3 championships at Maryville as a player. He's single and football junkie. If would be my first choice especially having coach at the program

Should be a done deal. I'm sure he would make at least 10k plus going back. Plus he would be in 5a where he won't have to contend with Alcoa and Maryville. If I was Dresden I would figure out how to make Justin West to take the job. And find a young hungry alumni to take over the middle school program. What I've seen their still a lot of talented kids in the system

Knoxville West coach resigns today. Rang defense coordinator at West before taking coaching position at Powell. I say Dresden better get to the drawing board since off season is here

If Trezevant took all of 4 quarters to beat Waverly... You honestly can't say to yourself we could hang with Alcoa.

They have talent to make some runs. We will see how long they give this Coach a chance. They basically didn't interview anyone but him( or give consideration)

Well I hope we see better results this year! Westview never has went winless, but they couldn't even compete. Cantrell put his time in ,but he shouldn't be given a free pass. Bc he coached under Coady doesn't make him Coady. They have nice talent coming up to not make some runs. I'm just not sold on Cantrell. He needs to be recruiting the hallways yesterday!

I say it won't be Rang bc he hasn't had time to interview and wouldn't make sense. I say it won't be Rice bc I think he close to tenture and I see him coaching out of state. Double dipping So if it's West TN it would be Comer or Swenson?

I still don't know how Scott's Hill almost beat y'all. Not taking anything away from Scott's Hill but Wayne Co is a lot more physical and talented bunch

They would have won 2a also. They would have went deep in 3a. They just where that talented. Wayne County was the only team in 1a that was competitive. Dresden then Wayne co and then a hug drop off of competition.

Rang can get more money and closer to home. You can x him off that list. I see him at least 4a school when he decides to leave Dresden
