I'm just shocked at how not good (won't say bad) Dresden is. I don't know who they play in the play-offs, but I can't see this team getting out of the second round. 34 is tough but that is just about all they have.
Not sure if this has been posted. But before the game there is a soup dinner at the school. All proceeds will go to Jimmy Taylor. Jimmy's wife Ginger has been a teacher for years at Huntingdon. Her husband Jimmy is suffering from dementia. They are great people so get there early and help them out. GO BLUE!
A realistic observation. This game is at Paul Ward. I'm going to say history will repeat itself and Huntingdon will have a full house. Dresden's stands will be about half empty. Huntingdon will hit Dresden like they haven't been hit this season. Being hit in front of a packed home side won't be much fun. Dresden will lie down rather early and Huntingdon will pour it on them. TIFWIW
Hope they do stay. I think he will thrive in Dresden. Not that he wouldn't in Memphis, I just think it'd be best for him to stay put. Exceptional athlete
Just by record the Lions are the favorite. This doesn't tell me anything though. Should be a great game. I know last year Dresden could not stop Warbritton and i think they will have the same problem this year. I can see it going either way. A lot depends on how the two practice over the next couple of weeks. I know Huntingdon will get after it this week and have a very physical practice. Should be a fun game
Leadership goes a long way. The Stangs will only have about 7 seniors next year so I'm already interested to see if one of them can emerge as a leader. Don't worry though, McKenzie will get it back
