I believe White House had their Blue/White game tonight. Did anyone go? If so, how’d they look? I know the Blackburn kid is back and is the real deal. He’ll need some help though.

Feel like some coaches time was wasted with interviews.

I don't see Hicks or Broadrick leaving their current gigs for an assistant role.

I knew Hicks played at Portland; heck of a player. I don’t know what happened at Heritage but I would think he’s got a legit shot being a former player with HC experience? After Broadrick, I’d go with Hicks. Dickerson has done well at Heritage, confused as to why he would want to leave. You hearing any front runners?

As I White House fan and alum, Chad Broadrick is my choice. He learned under great coaches at WHHS, took East Robertson to the playoffs for the first time in a long time, and had a heck of a defense two years ago Gallatin. And I’ll say this too, I’ve heard the defensive side of the ball wasn’t the issue at Gallatin this past season. If I am Portland, it’s a no brainer.

I expected more out of the GB offense. They really struggled outside a couple of big plays. Props to BDP! They live to see another week.

I’m sure the White House schools are glued to the emails/ TSSAA release. They’re eager to hear if Pearl, Giles, and East Nashville move up to 4A. If not, it’ll be an extremely tough region the next few years for both WH schools.

Shocked to see the Portland coach get the hook. They’re heading into a very difficult region next year. Anyone heard any names? Springfield by 14 White House by 10 Heritage by 17

I fully expect Blackburn to play Friday for WH. The backups have proven they can carry some of the load if he can’t go. Looks like the rain will be out by Friday so it should be a great night of football.

It looked like a cold and miserable night for the Devils except on the scoreboard. With their 7-0 win at MC, BDP’s playoff chances are still alive. How do these two teams stack up against each other? It should be a great game!

Blackburn didn't play on Friday, along with about 7 other starters. Hoping for a better result this coming Friday.

It’s win and keep the playoffs alive or lose and no playoffs. The Devils showed fight last night missing numerous starters for various reasons. How is this game going to play out? BDP!

As far as I know 9 is playing for White House. I haven’t heard that he isn’t playing from anyone. Now, I’m not prevalent to inside info so he may injured. I pray to God not.

WH makes the trip to Charlotte tomorrow night to take on CW! I know what the records say but I’d love to hear from the CW faithful, or others that have seen them in person. BDP!

Heritage did whatever they wanted in the second half last night. It was very difficult to watch. We’ve gotta pick ourselves up and find a way to win one or two down the stretch. IMO, the Greenbrier game could be for all the marbles as the dreaded 4 seed. A lot of football left but we are running out of time. Congrats to Heritage. Solid program and big win for them last night. Tip of the cap.

Anyone much smarter than me want to take a crack at region predictions? I know as a White House fan, it appears Springfield and Portland will leave our region and head to 5A. Interesting to see how this all shakes out.

Blackburn, 9, is at QB and 34 Montrel Black is the RB. I really don’t know who 32 is. Lol. Either way, Black has fumbled a few times this season and it’s limited his carries at times. He’ll need a big game Friday.

White House got a much needed win last night against Portland and looks to continue to ride their momentum this coming Friday against cross-town rival Heritage. Springfield appears to be the class of the region but 2-4 are up the in air at this point. Expect a heavy dose of the run game from each; Blackburn for WH and Mapes for Heritage. Looking like it’s going to be another night for great weather! BDP!

I guess I am a little confused as to why you came to the message boards to voice your frustration? You actually think the WH admin checks these boards? If you care that much about the program, have you offered to help out in anyway? I know for a fact that WHHS has non-faculty coaches that help our their athletic programs. The Admin has no problem with volunteers helping out. I know the program is close to your heart and you care a lot about it so why not roll your sleeves up and help. It is a young staff and Coach Hamilton is only in year two so I would assume he would welcome help. However, like you stated earlier, you may have ruined that opportunity by now. I just think there were other ways to voice your frustration than posting on the T.

LeLoup, I respected you as a player but blasting Coach Hamilton and staff on here is a little out of line. You can have your opinion but come on man. At the end of the day, we are both Blue Devils.

I’m just going to go ahead and say it....this is a must win for BDP! They need this W of course because it’s a region game but it’s so much more in my opinion. They’ve lost 4 straight and they’ve been blown out in 3 of the 4 losses. WH was never in it last night and need to show a much better effort to win Friday. The Panthers are struggling as well and are winless in the region. The loser of this game is behind the 8 ball in the region. I believe the staff will have the guys ready to go! BDP!

Here we go.....I’m going to come to your job and tell you what you’re doing wrong. Coach Hamilton has coached 14 games and he’s the wrong hire? If I recall, you’ve helped numerous MS and HS football staffs over the past few years but have never stuck it out for whatever reason. Keep your mind focused on your job and Beech. Maybe you should have applied when Coach Porter stepped away. Is his staff young? Yes. Is the staff inexperienced? Yes. Do they make every right call? Yes. Is it fair to judge a staff on 14 games? No. Take a hike Eers. Stick with FCA.
