I wouldnt count on to many, We want our local teams to do well......For the most part I believe you gave us all had, then without a doubt, this will be all ELIZABETHTON..........GP has some quick and skilled players, but Eliz. has some great players that are also quick and very skilled.......and I have no doubt EHS will take control of this game.......Ive seen GPs best, and that just not good enough to beat EHS........Less stupid mistakes like HV did last night.........I hope I can make it up there because I WILL BE CHEERING FOR THE ELIZABETHTON CYCLONES.......................

That was 2 great plays for him, it was amazing........Not sure what happened the rest of the game lol

I know we were the better team by far............You cant make the mistakes, that we did tonight and expect to win the game, and even with all those stupid mistakes, we still almost beat you......GP took the opportunitys when they were presented, which was very smart, both teams fought hard tonight, it was a great game, we will know that we lost because of our mistakes, not because GP was the better team.......................

They did have some speed, they usually do, but I think with Eliz speed, skill and determination GP wont know what hit them.............................

That was the skill of the HV player, watch it on the news it shows how well skilled, that what I meant when I said we were by far the better team............WATCH THE NEWS, ITS GREAT.............Go back and read the post, our stupid mistakes like dropping the ball, I have no idea how many times, throwing interceptions, etc..................as I said...............

Yea, Next years HV/EHS game will be a great game, always is............We will fit everyone on warrior hill, and if we run out of seats, their will be plenty of standing room lol.............

Oh no, we by far had way more mistakes, wasnt even close...........GP watched and took advantage of our mistakes, thats playing good football, if we had been in GPs shoes we would have done the same...............it just wasnt meant HV to win tonight.......THEIR IS ALWAYS NEXT YEAR, as for now we are just looking forward to the CYCLONES BEATING GP................

Well it just wasnt meant to be, We were by far the better team, but way to many mistakes........I have no idea how many dropped balls, interceptions, etc......I dont know if it threw HV off when Jaylen was hurt in one of the first 2 plays of the game, He didnt return from hospital until like 7 minutes or so of the 2nd quarter, not sure what was off tonight, we had many chances to control this game, not this year.....................WE ARE STILL VERY PROUD OF YOU WARRIORS.............GREAT SEASON....................

The difference for HV this year is our coaching staff has improved tremendously. GP always plays a tough game, but Im glad this one is on WARRIOR HILL, I think that it will be an advantage this year unlike other years, this is sure to be an exciting game...........LETS WIN THIS WARRIORS.....................

I think this will be a good game, could go either way. I hope we dont play the way we played last Friday night, that was the worst this season, we decided we were going to play 4th quarter. I dont know what the problem was, but we have get back on track this week...... HV 21 GP 17 Hope its not cold on Friday..................

I have a question for the South Greene fans, Where were you? I was very surprised along with all the HV fans that their were very little of you at the playoff game, I know it was cold, but when we played you guys a couple of seasons back, just as a regular conference game, their were alot more of your fans there..........I was just wondering...................

Just for the record, their was a list on TSSAA website, and he waited till the last moment, and the games were taken, the only ones left at that time would make you drive a long distance......thats why we ended up with 9 games last year. This year I think Verran just didnt care, so unfortunately Coach Shively had no choice.....Now, thanks to Coach Shively, he has fixed our schedule, and we are looking forward to it............

This was the worst game that HV has played this season, they waited till the 4th quarter before they decided to play..........this game should not had been this close, I dont know what was up with HV tonight...................And for the record, the seeding doesnt make sense to me either.........

They just barely pulled it off, this is the worst they have played this whole season, 4th quarter, they decided they were ready to play ball........officials were bad, td called back, I think we had to rekick the extra point 3 times,and one of those they blocked it the second time........not only that the stripes also helped them with a touch down........Way to many penalties some deserving some not. I dont know what was going on with the boys tonight, I know that it was cold, but they still have to play in the cold, so they need to get it together............One thing I do know South Greene came to play....and we decided to play in the 4th quarter............We have had the cannon, its just not always out at the games, dont know why..................We had great fireworks for the entire season.........Anyway CONGRATULATIONS HV FOOTBALL TEAM ON YOUR WIN...................

Oh, this is very much true, our schedule was made by Verran, there were several schools that would have gave us our tenth game, even the year before last, and can even give the name of one if you want.............Now next year Coach Shively has done a great job with our schedule......Verran was the one who gave us a cupcake schedule as it has been referred to on coach T..........I was also at HV in the 80s and he was a great player, but coaching is not for him.....I hope he is happy where he is because we are sure glad he isnt with us, Coach Shively is a great coach, he has taught them to play as a team, thats something they havent had in 3 years...................

LETS GO WARRIORS..............Great home game.........but it will be cold...............

Glad to hear from you, I agree, I would love to see Hampton/Eliz play, that would be a great game, maybe it would knock Eliz down a notch or two by losing to HAMPTON....

I can tell what most will feel, relief that he is on their side and not ours.......this game will be all warriors, no one will be hanging their heads in shame at least not on the HV side, and it seems to me you dont know the whole story.......Hv has a great coach this year....Also for who it may concern our cupcake schedule with 9 games was made by no other than Verran.....We dont want Verran or Hyder, thats why they were let go......Verran doesnt have what it takes to coach high school football.....Hyder was really good at one point in his career, but that was also a while back......HV WINS BIG TONIGHT................
