So I am so hype right now. I love when we play at Meigs County. What a game tonight. GCA took the first half kind of slow and paced it. There was a scrappy moment and it ended with Connor Arnold getting the first technical of his career. He had 5 at halftime. Ledford carried GCA in the 2nd offemsively Then it happened Arnold came out and shot 8-10 in the 3rd quarter including 6-7 from 3 with 6 in a row. Lol now I am going to brag on my boy for that. He just lit them up. 22 points by the end of 3rd. GCA players all contributed and they just had great faith in Slim and kept feeding him then All the guys had a great 4th Q it was an awesome 2nd half. GCA going away winner 77-64 14-0 District 21-7 overall - keep it Rolling Rams

Well you know last year GCA lost in the District but ended up winning the Region so thats basketball

Add Louisville Doss up there in KY and 4 6A Texas teams in the Moritz classic in Ft Worth at Christmas. 20-7 is pretty good. Arnold was sick with fever 2 games and Gettlefinger missed 5 with fractured leg. We are healthy and ready. Yea I know basket ball has 3 divisions but there are still 6 classifications

If we beat Meigs County friday I think this GCA senior class will be like 35-5 in regular season district play the last 4 years. This season we are 20-7 going into Meigs tonight and all 7 losses were to teams 5A or higher. We have not lost a game to a 3A or lower team this season. Pretty sure Meigs will be ready tonight but win or lose we have the #1 seed in district and regular season championship

A lot of kids would have packed it in with his situation the last few years. He is a gamer and gives it a lot every time out. Congrats on finishing strong

I heard McClain had 10 pts. I have said all year that if you stop McClain from penetrating then you pretty much stop Harriman. Joe Pace will get his 16-20 but it's McClain that had to have 22-30 night in and night out for them to win the big games. I think their bench has a had 2pts and 3pts in the two games vs GCA. I give some props to Oakdale. I always like Maverick Smith and playing them is scrappy scrappy proposition. It was Senior Night at GCA - Arnold put in 20 and Tellico went down 77 to 46. We held them to 22 in the 2nd half. it was 29-22 at the half. GCA played some Senior bench guys early as we should have and it made us a little out of sync. But when we got back to the normal rotations whew, what a 3rd quarter. GCA at Meigs Friday night. I guess they will let the prisoners out to go to the game in Decatur. Clear the hospital, roll in the nursing home patients. Meigs loves to turn out and hate them some Grace. Looking forward to going into the Tiger Den and seeing what Sammy has for us.

Cloudland was at Webb vs GCA scouting the game. Webb played a slow down game and kept it close. GCA won 48-41 and prtty much banged it in the post all night.

We spotted Catholic last night 18-6 early and played catch up the whole way eventually losing 73-67 I think. It was a c+ effort from our guys. Same ole demons.......can't beat great teams with that stuff in your camp.

We have 3 really good sophomores. They really are, but I have a feeling when #41 graduates their looks will get tougher in 2018. Thats what makes this team so dangerous we have 3 guys that can hit 30 a night and the 3 of them don't care whose night it is. Most the time....so most teams need two quarters to figure out who the hot hand is and the answer they find out is .....its the one you leave open LOl

I have watched him probably 7-9 games mostly AAU and he is an outstanding player. One to admire

You know what - I about 90% agree with that. But there are teams like GCA there and Blue Ds are 0-2 vs that 😉 They better learn to hit free throws and play defense better. WEB would put 115 on Harriman and probably 114 on Grace given how both teams play defense. But We can agree teams that attack the rim always have a chance see Van Buren 2016 vs GCA

Great team game for GCA tonight. Several demons still to exercise. Rebounding C-, Staying in front of guards and taking charges on wild drivers D- ; A's tonight Ball movement Unselfishness Jump shooting % Free Throw % Bench play GCA got it done and I the foul calls were like 24 against GCA and 14 against Harriman

You know what happened there is the GCA adm sent out a school wide text cancelling school wednesday so all the kids went bonkers during thise little girls routine. Rude yes but not intentionally Go Rams

I have not chattered much. Unfortunately my mom, Connor Arnolds memaw passed away Thursday and we buried her yesterday. He will be there tonight and we will too. Just not chattering too much on this go round since the weekend was solemn. Hug your moms or call them and tell them you love them today. Tomorrow isnt a given. Go Rams! Memaw has the best seat in the house tonight!
