Parker Stewart is gone. Now comes McMillen. Who will UC recruit net. Martin Westview has lost two of its best players to UC. Is this recruiting or what?

That is not a problem. We were one play away from beating UC with a gimpy and injured and very young team. With that said. We don't worry about UC or anybody else. We just play the game and see where the chips fall. This is a tough region. You will see a state contender come out of it for the next three years. Count on it

You are not gonna stop their running game, so you better score. Peabody was one deminsional and almost pulled it off because both teams are familiar with each other. Tyner will lose big. UC is for real. They have beaten Peabody and this tells me that they are better than the rest. Best 2A teams in the state are Waverly. Mckenze, Adamsville, TCA, Peabody and UC. Huntingdon would be very good in this district if they were 2A. Roll Tide

With Peabody being your toughest region opponet. I know Adamsville beat you guys and Mckenzie came close. But I don't think any of those teams would have been a challenge for you guys in the playoffs. Peabody returns all those skill people and will have some experience linemen coming back. Not to mention our running back who we lost before the season started. He is also a good linebacker. But this thread is about UC. I will rest until next year. For now, UC has a chance to bring back the gold to Union City and West Tenn. and the region

Yes it did. You guys were one catch away from over time or a loss. If our running back and linebacker was able to play, things may have been different. But you guys won and now we support you guys even after the stupid remarks were made about the 2015 team. Good luck

I saw that game on film. UC moved the ball at will. Too many mistakes. The only team that challenged UC in the playoffs was Peabody which was without its best running back and linebacker. With that said, UC more than likely will bring home the Gold. That veer will wear you down. You better score. UC is peaking at the right time. Season games don't matter when you get to the playoffs. Huntingdon was crowned at the beginning of season. I am saying this was probably the best two teams to play before the final game

The white hat watched the holding on the first td UC scored. that was terrible. we saw it from the stands. UC deserved to win but to say that our back up QB is better than Baugus pitiful. You will see this QB for two more years. He made a difference in this game. Our running game was not there becaus UC had only one guy to key on tonight.

You can't crown a team (Mustangs) before the season ends. this was indeed the state championship game. You wait and see

I am a Peabody guy. We got put out by Nashville Christian with all of their recruits. I would have liked to seen Peabody, UC, or Waverly in the state championship. It is not fair to the home grown guys. If CA can run and throw, they willl beat UC. Our best rb and lb was out tonight. That hurt

The Privates should be playing with privates. I don't anything about a multiplier. They recruit and it is not fair. Even open enrollment schools should being playing in their own league.

You are so right. I won't make excuses but our running game suffered because our stud 10th grade running back was hurt. It is hard to beat a good team with your best running back out and he is also a great outside linebacker. Good luck to you guys. I dont wont to see a private win.
