That was not ment to be a shot at you or your kids hardcore, it is just what I have seen. I enjoy watching your kid, he is fun to watch. I think it is crap that people want your son too lose, but the fact is it happens. I think you don't go over the line at all, mikescott has. AND mikescott accused your kid of cheating on the hydration test!!!

The fact of the matter and decent respectable person dose not call out a person that has done nothing, but give. You slammed Coach V's coaching ability , that is unacceptable, whether he was good or bad is not the point, it is having respect for people. Every time you say that coaches in Knoxville are no good you down a lot of good coaches. Bradley has a killer kids program, and people knocking on the door to come help out and they dont have to travel 2 hours to go to USA wrestling events. If you look at JUST knoxville alone there are so many schools that the student bodies are beginning to be cut thin, it is such a short drive from one school to another, kids go where there focus is best. If you wanna play baseball you go to Farragut, if you want to play football you go to Alcoa, if you want to run you go to Hardin Valley, and in Knoxville coaches of other sports try and make their kids be 1 sport athletes. I know at Karns the football coach to his players that they could go play another sport but they would not be starting the next year. The problem in Knoxville in with in the school administration, they dont push wrestling like they do other sports. Basketball has full reign of the gym. there are very few wrestling teams in knoxville that have legit wrestling rooms, most of them have to set up behind the bleachers in the balcony. Wrestling matches are never pushed by the administration so students dont go. when Hardin Valley and Karns were wrestling for the district finals the gym was almost empty. If that was for a disrtict Basketball game the gym would have been full. So my question to you mikescott, since you seem to know what good coaching and how to build a successful program. How do Knoxville coaches up interest in wrestling?

it eventually comes out who the guy is that talks the most on here! It is only a matter of time until mikescott moves from a coacht enemy in to a public enemy which sadly will translate to his son (if he is wrestling). Look at the Maxwell's at Karns, because of his dad, everyone likes to watch the kid loose! This will happen to mikescott (wheather he has a kid out there or not) people will find out who he is. And he already has called out some people that I would NEVER call out! Ex: Alen Jones: if he is a pimp, chances are that he has a few hired muscles......

I'm not sure if you know who THEANIMAL is, but he has wrestling and coaching credentials far beyond what you would ever hope to achieve. I think you need to sit back and assess the amount of love you have for this fantastic sport. For you to attempt to slam a man that has dedicated his life to wrestling is appalling and disgusting. THEANIMAL is one of the most respected wrestling coaches out there! IF YOU REALLY CARE ABOUT THIS SPORT YOU SHOULD NOT SLAM PEOPLE THAT ARE TRYING TO MOVE IT FORWARD! Mikescott you are a punk and you will never gain respect in the wrestling community (especially in East Tennessee) if you continue to slam. You are mediocre at best and I don’t care about any credentials you have! YOU SUCK!!!!!!

I said it once and I will say it again! What I saw last year was a very young, VERY GOOD coach, running head strong through the drama we all know you caused, hrdcrwrestler. I would have wanted to keep Harless around! If any one remembers which coach that was in the corner when your boy lost to the Ravenwood kid 2-0 in a very in controlled technical match where he got out moved once. and the coach that was in the corner when he lost 5-2, and tried a wild frenzy throw in the first period as that coach was telling him that he better do something??? I dont wanna cause drama I just calls it like I sees it!!!! Harless knows coaching theory, your boy was a college wrestler on the mat for Harless! I'd go find him and beg him to come back. You may have brought him up, but Harless put him on the next level!

I would say that Bradley and Cleveland have some of the best coaching staffs in the state. The idea that Cleveland should be a part of D2 is asinine! Baylor parents pay up near $40k a year for their kids to go to school there, Jones just bank rolls the wrestling team, and that is it! It does not change that they CANT recruit, no matter how much money Jones gives them, they have the same body of students to pick from as other schools. He brings in coaches to give the kids the best opportunity for success. And for the most part it will improve wrestling.

??????? Why was J. HARLESS not named as the head coach on the spot???????? He stepped up and ran the show at the state tourney like a pro and stood his ground against unruly parents..... He is the most promising young coach in East Tennessee!!!!! If you have him over at Central, Coach Jones good pick, region 2 watch out for that DEADLY LEG SERIES!!!

Maxwell @ 125, it will be good to see him not cutting himself into oblivion this year. Wrestle where you are strong! If your are good enough to win state at 1 weight you need to be able to win it at any weight! Run to competition not from it!
