WC travels to Waverly tomorrow to scrimmage, can't wait to see how the workouts and practice has got this WC run game rolling, should be a good one!

i don't have to wait til the third game, WC is going to monkey stomp cwood! If WC don't win by 5 scores it will be because coach Rice calls the dogs off ! Get used to being at the bottom of the region because I don't see y'all giving it up for awhile.

It was supposed to be this year but they backed out and bumped it to next year.

MTP and Loretto can never be counted out , both of those teams are always tough

Always gotta be sarcastic, just because your Trojans are going to be at the bottom of the pack again this year you don't have to be down on everybody else.

I think if WC stays healthy and plays to their ability then they can beat anybody on the schedule, and keep cool heads!

I for one like playing the privates that are in the area to cut down on travel but I wish they would separate in the playoffs.

A lot of your smaller schools that play a lot of players both ways put younger players in to get them on the field and to give the starters a breather so during the scrimmages it gives the younger players a live look as to where to line up and gives the kickers practice kicking over a line

Most of the time on extra points they line up and snap it with no blocking and tackling, a free kick I guess you could say

They return the qb and receiver but I think lost some lineman

Why did they drop Forrest?

Long time no see, I couldn't agree more. When one of those backs catch a pass in a few weeks the two hand touch stuff they been playing in those 7 on. 7's is over and somebody is getting run over!

I think the Horton kid will be the go to guy, has great hands and will go up and get the ball.

When I start comparing uc and WC I see a lot of similarities. Both run the veer, both have lots of experience returning to the lines and both have big bruising backs mixed with a lot of speed. The one thing about WC is second year starting qb Preston Rice, he's good and coach Rice has found some really good receivers this year so WC won't be one dimensional. Uc may have a good passing game but I don't know enough about that to comment. Don't be surprised to see these two meet later on in the playoffs.

Whats up in the wood? I heard some more boys quit and y'all were down to about 12 kids. Any truth to that?
