  1. Team: Baylor Red Raiders (D2-AAA) Name: Elijah Howard Uniform Number: 2 Position: Running Back/Athlete Future: Commited to Tennesseee (Class of 2021) Stats: Through 8 games Of which four he played just for the first half. Also missing his receiving and kick returns/punt returns yards -1105 Yards Rushing -20 TD’s
  2. Haha I can’t fully answer that for some reasons that I don’t know and some I do but more personal. He’s got a better team around him at Baylor. I do think his family was concerned with him being the only playmaker coming back to Webb.
  3. Not sure. But those were the two calls made.
  4. Two penalties against catholic. One was defensive holding and the other was roughing the passer. Baylor declined defensive holding and accepted roughing the passer.
  5. Noah Martin has started at linebacker for Baylor since his sophomore year....
  6. I was. I can break it down a little more. Second play of the game Noah Martin intercepts a pass and two plays later Elijah Howard scored with one of his signature dead leg moves. PAT no good. Catholic responded and took the lead 7-6 their only lead of the game. Baylor scored on their next two possession and held Catholic to two field goals 20-13 at half. Catholic won the 3rd quarter. Holding Baylor offense without a single point. Catholic drew even 20-20 In what seemed for a while and offense Baylor could not stop from rushing The Ball. However a big fourth quarter from Elijah and another Interception by Martin. Put it to bed. Neyland Jean had a good game throwing and running. Converting on key fourth downs when Baylor had to have it. People were saying Catholic is now out of the playoffs but I’m not sure that’s true if BA loses another they would have the tie breaker.
  7. Final Baylor 34 Catholic 20. Too much Noah Martin and Elijah Howard. I’m sure Boog will discount this win as well.
  8. Number 34. I forget his name right now. He’s gonna be really good. But of course Elijah is outshining everyoneright now and he doesn’t get a lot of reps in league play. But you can tell he’s a player when he gets his chances.
  9. Great analysis. I don’t see catholic stopping Baylor but I also see catholic having some success running with that big offensive line. I’m going to go Baylor 42 Catholic 31.
  10. Another top 15 matchup in the states most talented league. The Irish have beat Baylor the past two years. Will that trend continue this Friday? Or will Baylor rebound from a heartbreaking 4th quarter lost to McCallie?
  11. South Pitt belongs no where even close to Baylor. The gap between McCallie/Baylor and everyone else this year in Chattanooga is about as big as the Grand Canyon. Tyner is talented but unfortunately this one will be over at half.
  12. You’re in front right now because you’ve played one more region game. That really doesn’t mean anything until you beat CCS. Also you’d have two more lopsided losses on the schedule too if you played Baylor and McCallie like CCS did to start the season.
  13. Yes challenges. My bad. That’s even more accurate though. Because they havnt won it yet.
  14. Very true. I told him week 2 CCS is going to win the region. He laughed. Now look who is leading the division.
  15. Boog expects Baylor to lose all three of their final division games. But he’s also a Baylor hater.
  16. I agree except I don’t think Catholic knows how to stop mccallies offensive. So they better hope they don’t meet McCallie or they are out.
  17. I agree bias plays a role but I think you could ask most people on this board and see I’m fairly accurate even with the bias. I think this year Baylor can play with and beat anyone on their schdule. Just like you feel the same about BA. So far his year Baylor has actually done so better than BA. I was correct on the Ensworth prediction and I barley missed the McCallie one. Anyone who actually saw that game knows Baylor could have won that game. So my analysis isn’t absurd or in left field. I’ve been a Baylor follower through connections to the school for the past five years. This is the first time since Ryan Parker’s senior year I’ve felt Baylor has had a chance to really do some damage. So far I’ve been correct. Losing to the states 1 team by a score with 40 seconds left in the game isn’t too shabby Thanks for backing off the other factually incorrect and absurd statements. Let’s keep it to football, not a _____ measuring contest.
  18. Wow getting personal and making yourself look like a complete idiot in the process. 1st. I played at the FCS level in college (not that that magically means I know more or less than someone else who didn’t about D2AAA) but just responding to ignorant statement number 1. 2nd when I was at Webb we played in the largest classification of D2. Ensworth, MBA, Baylor, Father Ryan, McCallie we’re all on divisional schedule. Stop talking about things you don’t know about... you’re starting to look really stupid. So that would make you nothing more than a BA cheerleader who is salty they lost to a previously winless team in the region while also being full of excuses for why you’re not undefeated? Would you like to bet on McCallie not finishing the regular season undefeated in the region? Or do you want to keep acting like a child? If it’s the latter you can have this bro.
  19. First rodeo is division 2AAA Hahahahahaha. Considering I played in the division and have covered it for the past 10 years I don’t think it’s my first rodeo but okay bud. I appreciate the attempt to act like you know me and belittle in the process. Get out of here with that garbage. I could say the same about Baylor. One holding pentalty and dropped pass away from being undefeated. What If’s argument mean nothing Considering Baylor will be ranked 2 in the east D2AAA going into the final stretch that means they are favored. I know this division as good as anyone. It’s the SEC of high school. Any team can beat any team especially this year except Father Ryan. Just because they are favored doesn’t mean they will win them all hints why I said no gimmes. McCallie will easily run past father Ryan and if Ensworth couldn’t stop Baylors run Attack I don’t see them stopping McCallie. Therefore I stand by my statement that McCallie will finish the regular season undefeated. Want to bet on that one? (And I don’t even like McCallie, just speaking facts).
  20. It was a great game. McCallie will go 10-0 with the rest of their schedule being the weakest. Baylor will be favored in the remaining games but none of them are gimmes besides Tyner. Catholic, MBA, and BA.
  21. Well it was a great game! At the end of the day McCallie made one or two more plays. But the state of Tennessee may have both of the best teams playing in Chattanooga.
  22. Prediction. Baylor 34 McCallie 27
  23. I couldn’t care less about this game. I care about the big one Tommorrow. Baylor and McCallie.
  24. Roll? Usually roll means winning several in a row or winning easily. I’d say with the 56-17 stomping last week and the five point win this week isn’t necessarily rolling but congrats to Catholic. First win in the big boy division.
  25. When a team gets beat 90-14 Over the past two years you don’t expect them to win. Especially after getting embarrassed at McCallie. Hats off to Catholic but I think it says more about BA being a little down this year than anything. When’s the last time BA had two losses in a season?
