Hey Coaches On Dec 3rd Centennial High will be hosting a jv tournament in Franklin TN. We are located about 25 min south of Nashville so we are close to a ton of you guys. We are now also adding an aau takedown tournament in our other gym on the same day. Here is info on our jv and girls tournament on Dec 3rd 2016. As of now we have about 6-7 teams confirmed and are expecting to add a few more/ Let me know if you are interested and Ill pencil you in. Centennial Cougar Clash Jv and Girls Tournament December 3rd 2016 Weigh in at 8am / Wrestling start by 9:30 We will have a round robin format and depending on the number of wrestlers cross with an opposing pool. We are planning for all wrestlers to get either 4 or 5 matches. We will have 3 or 4 mats as well as an open concessions. Thanks to all the coaches that came out and brought their guys or teams today to get some good mat time. Although we lost a few teams this week we still ended up with about 100 kids. We had pools of 6 and everyone got 5 matches. We had a few pools that were stacked and provided as good of match ups as we see during the season. We ended up with about 14 or so teams being represented including guys from Beech, Centennial, Independence, Clarksville, Huntsville Al, Knoxville Halls, Shelbyville, Sycamore, Strafford, Siegel, Smyrna, MBA, Hunters Lane, Mt. Juliet, coffee county. sorry if I am missing anyone else. It was a great day of wrestling and we had everyone out by 2pm. Mark the date next year June 3rd. Add Huntsville Alabama and Knoxville Halls to the list. Great list of teams attending. Look up and down their line ups and you will see a ton of state qualifiers and state placers all coming to a summer tournament. Great to see this much wrestling in the off season

Centennial High School is hosting a youth camp this week from May 25-27th. Each day will be 9am to 3pm and the cost is $80. We will have the Centennial wrestling team and staff as well as the following guest coaches. There is still room to enter your team into this tournament. It is a great way to get your team a bunch of mat time with an exciting format. Centennial High in Franklin TN will be hosting a summer tournament this year and 2 jv tournaments during the wrestling season. June 4th Summer tournament modified rules. 15 teams confirmed so far. Dec 3rd (sat) Jv tournament. Minimum of three mats. Jan 13th (Fri) Jv tournament. Minimum of three mats. This is the same day as Brentwoods GP West so if you are bringing your varsity to that tournament we are only 10 minutes away so your jv can compete as well.
