I believe the girls from Lynchburg have heard enough of how under-rated they are from the Huntland Hornet faithful. I expect a big game from all the girls and a 20 point victory is not out of the question tonight!

Moore County girls dominated all facets of the game tonight against Nashville Christian School. A relentless Raiderette defense kept the girls from Nashville on their heels all night. The girls from Lynchburg now must get ready to take on the lady hornets one more time on Monday night. Another performance of defense at the caliber tonight should land the Raiderettes back to the region finals. Keep the "D" on Raiderettes!!!

What districts does the District 9 and 10A (winners) catch for substate

Hopefully they can roll over Nashville Christian School on Friday night in Lynchburg, then we will look towards the next game for a chance to get into the Sub-state game. GO RAIDERETTES!!!

Moore County kept their poise and hit some big free throws down the stretch as well. Forrest missed a ton of layups or who knows how this one would have turned out. 3 down,7 to go Raiderettes!! Offense wins games, but DEFENSE wins Championships!!!! Keep applying the pressure girls!!

Very entertaining game to say the least. Moore County finally played defense tonight, played a lot of deny to the Curtner girls. The post players of Moore County were a huge difference as well as Rachel being on tonight for the most part. guard play is still a little shaky at times, but all in all a Great win for the Raiderettes!!

Rachel certainly stepped it up tonight, showing why she should be a serious contender for Miss Basketball. I would say college coaches are getting the word about her and she is being contacted. Both of the girls, Rachel and Heather, should be getting some college attention.
