East Nashville or Maplewood will win this district. Book it.. When impact players start transferring out of Pearl, u know something isn't right with their team. They usually transfer in. Times may be changing

Just found out he hasnt left PC yet. The problem hes having is that he will have to sit out a year at CR and he wants to play ball. He wanted to be in a more pass friendly offense. As you know PC has always been Run first and with #14 healthy and a few Nice RB behind his its still gone be Run first but i must say pc is on a mission this year..and we will just have to see when the season start.

That very well could be true. I know he lives within walking distance to CR if it's the guy I'm thinking of.

Ya he's gone....BIG LOST for pc but what i understand he left and another WR transfered in...plus the have a 6"2 freshmen that should get some playing time. Guess they have to stick to there guns....#RunFirst

 

 

I'm having trouble thinking of a "PC" in 4A. I would assume you are talking about Pearl Cohn or Polk Co., but they are both 3A. I am probably just having a slow moment . Im talking bout Pearl Cohn and there back in 4a

I know for a fact that Pearl recruits the kids out of their zone, the kids, coaches and parents have admitted to it. They were caught last year but the kids parents lied about their housing situations, but hey you are innocent until proven guilty, but all im saying is at least steal kids and dominate smh they had the same record as Stratford and East.

 

I agree with you about Woodard, he is a bit overrated to me, he hasnt did anything with his SO CALLED BEST Spread Attack, and his zone is one of the largest. You can run that system with the kids i have saw him with over the past seasons. Gore doesnt change his scheme over the years, he molds them to fit it.

How pearl cohn is recuiting the kids out of or own zone when almost all the zone schools play at pearl cohn and most of the kids are family members or family friends....i think the kids do the most recuit..i see guys all the time talking about man come to hillwood,pc or cane ridge. And i would love to know who your talking bout who lied about thers address?

All i can say is quit crying....and just beat em...Football or basketball!

They had a bad season last year but i thinking PC is going to be in the Top 10 some where... 8-10

The main reason Pc was so bad this year because they was young and alot of the kids didnt believe in the spread offense plus the quarterback situation. Defense was just terrible but I know they had heart because a lot of them played thru injuries. This year will be a rebound year i can promise that! They should win dis 10. And they play 95 percent metro teams but 1 thing I cant 'argue with you about is why'd they don't have another Gold ball with all that talent.

I believe he was suggesting playing teams with PC speed in regular season to prepare for playoffs. That's how I read it anyway.

That's what I was saying but he also made a few good points..

To be truthful 95% of the time its not the coaches recruiting it's the kids!

Come on 26, ......" the thing that killed SC is speed" then say play 1-2 "hard nose teams". That's two different animals. SC can play hard nose ball year in and year out. But speed is like height .....you either got it, or you don't. You adjust and prepare as best you can to off set speed. Work on angles, schemes, ball control and the likes. Taking a work mule to a bunch of races won't get them ready for the Kentucky derby. I do agree you put the best 11 on the field, but maybe the coaches know the best 11, or the 11 that give them the best chance based on what they see everyday.TRUUUE

 

I'm not sure if they will continue the series with CPA, but it was developing into a good series.I will miss these games if they discontinue playing. I think LA has solid group of seniors coming up so I see an improvement over 2012. Good luck to LA in 2013.
