  1. I think JCM could be a sleeper team in 3A Quad 4. They play in a very tough district(15AA) with all 4A teams and probably finish the season at 5-5. They have yet to play any 3A team. Playing Dyersburg, Liberty,Chester County, Haywood, 2A top ranked TCA, Covington and Jackson Northside can do nothing but prepare you for 3A teams. Just a watch out for 3A.
  2. Gerry, JCM is a 7th seed in Quad 4. Fairley is the 8th seed, I think that makes Fairley the lowest seeded.
  3. JCM is as focused as I've ever seen them. They could care less about people doubting that's not in their inner circle. No rah, rah needed, just ready to play. Enough said. Liberty, here comes "The Show"!!!!
  4. Blah! Blah! Blah! JCM won end of discussion, yeah they only scored one touchdown, thanks to that officiating crew...horrible at best. Oh, there is always next year, JCM has beat Chester 2 years straight.
  5. I called this one pretty accurate. Rodney Clark, Jr rushed for almost 200 yards and the JCM defense is definitely rolling now. The team is getting stronger each week. Don't be surprised by a JCM victory over Liberty this Friday. Liberty has mad respect for JCM, that may be why they held the Bush kid out against MUS, so he can be healthier this week. They will need him against a hard hitting Cougar defense. Liberty is stout on defense also but won't be able to hold the Cougars scoreless but without a passing game Liberty will have trouble finding the endzone. JCM wins this one.
  6. I don't just talk to be talking. If you look closely everything I predicted came to pass. If I tell you a roster chew tobacco, you better look under his wing for the spit cup.
  7. Guys, this game probably will be like last year. JCM rocked Chester County last year, with Rodney Clark, Jr. running all over them. Losing Terrance Kinnie at QB really hurt JCM without a doubt. RJ Percival and Jalen Marshall have handled quarterback duties fairly well between them and have JCM as one of the top passing teams in 3A according to ranking websites. To be serious the only concern is will JCM get a fair shake from the refs at Chester. Some calls this year have been suspect at best. We hope everything stays fair and let the kids compete to determine the victor.
  8. Here are my predicted standings after Friday Night for 15-AA 15-AA Standings after 9/13/13 overall dist. Covington(play Brighton) 4-0 1-0 JCM(play Chester Co.) 3-1 1-0 Liberty( play MUS) 1-3 1-0 Northside(play J. Southside) 3-1 0-1 Haywood(play Crockett Co.) 2-2 0-1 Ripley( play Westview) 2-2 0-1 Covington wins this county battle not because they are so much better, but Brighton is only a (Mosley show). JCM beat a declining Chester County that won't be able to contain a JCM offense that is ranked high in about every offensive 3A category in the state, and a much improved Cougar defense that flies to the ball and hits. Cougars keep winning. Liberty steps up to the plate again and play with a "Giant" in MUS. Will not get the win but more experience for a district run. Just try to leave with no major injuries. Northside will straight up, run through a Junior high version of Jackson Southside.(Should never had let Coach Craig go, it's called Karma) Haywood is much improved and have gotten back to what the fanbase like, smash football. Haywood's defense is lights out but the offense is suspect, that the Liberty defense exposed. They will compete but Crockett Co. wins this one. Finally, Coach Craig have the Tigers going in the right direction, unfortunately they're going to play Westview who are not spectacular but very fundemental and win this one going away.
  9. I call myself that in reference to the kids that I have worked with in the past. They have special needs and are special individuals in their on way. I know you didn't mean it, in a hurtful way but that's the story behind my name.
  10. I got you, buddy. JCM is starting to get rolling after coming out the gate slow. Expect a much improved defense against Ripley and an offense in full stride as the Sophomore QB gains more experience each week. It's not who start off hot, but the one that sustains and have minimum injuries. Ripley is untested to say the least, beating two struggling Memphis teams to start 2-0. Things get wilder and tougher when they come to the heart of East Jackson and play at "The Rock".
  11. That's part of the game...stop making excuses and just take your whoopings....Milan's best chance at victory will be the last game of the season versus Obion- can you say 1-9
  12. Laughing out loud.....this is so true, 100% right....will Milan win 2 games this season?
  13. They will Purple, and it may not be pretty....payback is.....well you know.
  14. Gonna be a long year for the Bulldogs and BigPurpleMachine
  15. Best chance at a win is against JCM? What are you smoking? You better say Northside, Haywood or Covington cause JCM ain't going.
  16. It is true you guys dominated on defense but you are over exaggerating your stats. JCM picked up around 44 yards rushing on the first drive alone. You do remember the 38 yard gain on about the fifth play of the game. 94 rushing yards total for the game. You guys did good but please be truthful with your stats.
  17. Correction, JCM had close to 100 yards rushing by stat count.
  18. You hit the nail on the head. Unfortunately we won't get a true look at improvement Friday night...we play Fayette Ware. Practice makes perfect though and we will be definitely working on us and preparing for Ripley. If we were to lose to Fayette Ware there isn't too much to look forward to. So I expect a lot of repetition from the starters till the 4th qtr. The run game wasn't bad against Dyersburg but yeah we do have to help our defense by giving them longer breaks until they hit their stride. Tough one against Lexington, I heard.
  19. Where did you get that crackerbox education? 51-28, I think that's still a 23 point spread in civilization.
  20. Right here Purple, I told you I would be here all season and going nowhere. Yeah, JCM has problems on defense that will be addressed. The score really is not reflective of the game though. About 3 very questionable calls at pivotal times have to factored in, but not blaming the refs. Dyersburg will be a force to reckon with this year. One game will not define the season, there are 9 left and all the district games have yet to be played. JCM will still be a strong 3A team at the end of season.
  21. Don't Dyersburg have about five guys that are probable for tomorrow due to injury?
