I’ve never said one good thing about Roy Dillard or Old Pirate. I think they are both cancers that give the program and coachT a black eye. I find both annoying and rarely get on this site because of posters like them unless I’m notified of others that do when someone from Jasper is blatantly making up lies. If you or somebody else running their mouth was smart you would take the bet then donate it all to MC football program. It sounds like easy money to me. The fact is several people in Jasper are so butthurt over the series being canceled simply because this was allegedly the year Marion had a chance to win. Cry me a river.. This series just brings out the ignorance in the ignorant and has for years. Kudos to the man that ended the circus. Good riddance and good luck to you with your man crush on Roy.

5A Pulaski Academy out of Arkansas called and informed us they were going to play another team that guaranteed more money and was closer. The school has 128 State Championships in all sports since 1980 and I def agree there is many teams in the state that do not want to play them. That was actually good news to me until another beast is taking their place. Nobody will say Ole Davy Jones is scared to play anybody after this one is announced

Wow, so if somebody says something about Marion's past then they are not real friends to people in Jasper? I have said worse about my own town. South Pittsburg is not perfect either. Everyone makes mistakes, man up and wear it, learn from it and move on. If speaking up for the truth makes me a bad person then I am guilty. Everything I have said here is fact and would be backed in court of law. My stance does not change if I am at work, on a board or at home playing candyland with my 2 year old so you obviously do not know anything about me. Also, I leave the slandering to the cartoon characters and the fake people that hide behind screen names.

It’s true the adults ruin it for the kids. Instigators on here and on social media have further divided fans of both communities. Like I stated earlier I have some great friends that are alumni at MC and still live there that are phenomenal people. It would be great if both communities could work together and do some new things here but until people get past this football rivalry it’s not going to happen. I think in the long run people will get over it. Also a statement I made earlier digging up the past I shouldn’t have made it. It was intentional dig back at a few posters and looking back at it looks as if I was trying to throw somebody back under the bus. That was def not my intentions at all. That person is a lifelong friend and me even bringing it up was pretty insensitive and I apologize for that. Hopefully both teams move fwd and are highly successful and both can represent Chattanooga come December for first time since 1994. Oh and btw that 3rd game is green lit and it’s gonna be a big one

From what I saw on highlights I saw from ND game last year you guys have some impressive looking kids. The Karson kid has crazy measures and #3 at RB is a load. That is one game I wish could've continued. Never know though what the future holds. I know the new Cpt would like to make it happen.

For the record I probably have more close friends that live in Jasper than I do South Pittsburg. I wish nothing but the best to that school and their fans. I for one am personally glad the series is over though even though some people are having complete meltdowns on social media about it. It has divided the county more so than it has ever helped. It does not stop on Friday nights either, I have seen first hand the rivalry has spread to politics and at times in the past has held back businesses and events being held here because of cities not being able to coexist and come together. To many in this county it means everything but in reality its just a football game.

Exactly who are the masses? I have not seen much said whatsoever. Attacking a coach over coaching decisions is one thing. I never once defended the discussion of the stupidity of the SP QB Club and the check for the player and I never will. Facts are worth discussing but gossip spoken as fact is childs play.

I have questioned coaching decisions multiple times in the past but never kids.
