From what I understand to be the reason, Simbeck wasn't tossed for questioning the ref, he was tossed for pushing the ref!!

Of course it's Bradley vs Cleveland. It always has and always will be! ESPNU Crosstown Rivals, Bradley vs Cleveland not Bradley vs McMinn....come on! Still should be a tough game Friday night, no doubt.

Austin Sanders Bradley Central 6'6 300lbs ,legitimate not pencil whipped, 16 years old. I'm 6'4 290 and have stood beside him and lifted with him!! Every comment ever heard was great footwork and strength. He will go into senior year 6'7 to 6'8 325 and be much better (bigger, faster, stronger)...Tennessee offered for a reason! But I am partial...Bradley all the way!

Rumor is ESPNu dropped it because of Cleveland playing so poorly...any truth to it??

I couldn't agree more...as you have said in other posts...everyone saves there best for Bradley...no matter if we win, it's gonna be tough

I hear so called fans in the stands all the time commenting on what the kids should've done on this play and what they should've done on that play. "Back when I played we would've done X!" BS...truth is none of us could could walk 5 feet in these boys shoes, they're bigger, stronger , and faster than "Back when I played!!" And I'll guarantee most, if not all these boys would tear these arm chair analyst a new A-hole, it's easy to say they don't give 100% from the sidelines and stands and hiding behind our keyboards, but they're the ones out there in the heat, the cold, the rain, bleeding and crying to where we can't see because they are giving 115% and people do nothing but criticize.

If you want to play well you have to rest well! You can't expect to be able to give your all when the night before a game, nevermind that it's a school night, you stay over at a friends house, and not go to bed until after 1a.m.! I won't mention players names but one was mine...not happy bout that!! By the way, hes at home now and in the bed...haha!

No...just talked to Sanders on the phone...ref told Sanders(52) to go to the sidelines. He pulled a Rhea Co. kid off of Rue and thats when the fight happened. He wasn't kicked out of the game though!! WHEW!

No excuses made at all, we were beaten by a great player, you should rename your school Mathers High! Moving on to Rhea Co....whew!

Every team in our area steps up to play us, remember how Walker Valley came out last year and totally surprised us early? I dont think there will be any Mathers hangovers or hangups. But, that being said,,I dont think we will ever play anyone again....at least in a long time, that is as good as that kid! Should be a great game Friday night!!

Exactly...not making excuses....but, the game started at 8:30 EST...couple that with a more than 2 hour drive, our boys were tired!! Who knows what could happen next meeting, but we need these teams,,,Alcoa, Maryville, siegel, Blackman, they will make us better. Go Bears!!

After all is said and done, we can't beat teams like Blackman until we play teams like Blackman. The two losses we have are to "Quality" teams and I consider them "Quality" losses! We will learn and hopefully we can play both again next year, hopefully with a different outcome.
