Could be a rough year for SC coming up. We get our QB back and two lineman, one who started as a freshman at center and held his ground there. We lose our running game but return some athletic players who could fill that role. Defense will be pretty good in the linebacker core. We return our kicker who was pretty dang good. I see us going 6-4 to 5-5. I was happy with runner up this year after the 0-4 start. I think SC could finish third.

SC beats LA by 10. Hackett had 29.

Congrats Upperman. But to this day I don't know how York can be moving forward as the ball is being snapped. He did it every running play. Tyner fans were very upset with the refs and I can see why.

UpperCumberlandMan knows so much about Upperman but isn't a supporter. Blows my mind that he knows every kids stats but yet he's not a fan. And Tyner, there wasn't no 6'6 guy on the OL when we played them.

Upperman won't be seeing no Clay co, Monterey, or Jackson co out there Friday night. That's what Uppermans used to seeing so Tyner will wake them up big time. I think Tyner wins.

How are both teams looking in practice?

Past teams have manned up on the outside and loaded the box and for some reason our offensive coordinator tried to slam it down their throats which never worked. He's not here anymore so I don't know what our game plan will be. Our WR's are small but they are smart football players. Our offense usually takes 3 downs sometimes 4 downs to get the 1st down. Last week we weren't able to convert 4th downs which has to change. On defense we are not as good as recent years. They do a good job of rallying to the ball though. Speed has indeed killed us the last couple of years. But the third time is the charm.

When manning was a sophomore I remember him plowing over Upperman defenders like they was 1st graders. The third game of the season this year we had a very inexperienced line that has improved greatly since then. Manning has been to visits to colleges for football. How many has York went to? You're insane. Manning had like 150 against y'all. It was all we had at that point. Plus we installed a new offense that week. You can't say he was unimpressive against Upperwoman.

If SC just contains the big plays they will be fine. Against DC they allowed one right before the half which hurt. SC has a secret weapon in their kicker who can certainly boot the ball. Don't expect to run many kickoffs.

SC did not get beat badly by UHS. SC was in the game in the fourth. I believe the deficit was 9 going into the fourth. Whoever comes out of SC/Tyner might just beat Upperman

We beat two playoff teams and have experience of playing Alcoa, don't know if that matters any.

SC always gets a tough first round draw. Speed kills us but I'm not impressed by Tyner's wins. They didn't beat a team with a winning record. Both teams are on 6 game win streaks. Hope SC wins in the hole!
