Central wins big!

I've always been a Karns supporter but this will be a blood bath of epic proportions. Expect a repeat of what happened last year if not worse.

I think they can win big if the offense can protect the ball. I see Karns winning it 35-14.

Quite simply Mobley doesn't have the grades to go to any major D1 schools. If his talents on the field would translate a little more towards the classroom then he probably would be wearing orange next year. Most D1 schools won't take that kind of risk especially one with very suspect character at best.

They beat Anderson County...a team that beat HV!

You absolutely do NOT want Coach Reeves as your head coach. He will make the program worse because of his attitude and the way he treats his players.

This Friday's game between Karns and Hardin Valley should be a good one. Karns wants this win to improve their playoff seeding and Hardin Valley wants this win to avoid a .500 season or even being bumped from the playoff picture. This is a BIG rivalry game and if both teams can play to their own potential and avoid costly mistakes, it should be a good game. I'm giving the slight edge to Karns because they are coming off a big win over Anderson County and a bye week, while Hardin Valley comes off of a disappointing loss the Anderson County.

This should be a pretty good game. Not much defense from Anderson County but they have a pretty solid offense. Hardin Valley needs this win to stay alive in the playoff hunt. I predict that AC will win this one in a battle of offenses. I say AC-35 HVA-28. Any predictions?

Great to see that Karns made history! As a long time Karns supporter, to see those kids so happy was really something amazing. They have a bye week this week then they play Hardin Valley.

Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't HVA get stomped by Powell like Karns did? 42-10 if I'm not mistaken. The same HVA who narrowly escaped Campbell County? Take advantage of your time and focus more on your school work and leave the grown up talk to the adults.

I'm with you 92Dragon...Karns defense is alot better than what showed on friday night. Just from watching on tv last week, you could tell those kids were a little shellshocked with the game being on tv and all the media attention. I imagine none of those kids are use to that, mostly cause its never been the case at Karns. With that said AC doesn't have a good defense but can make up for it with their efficient offense. Should be close.

Oak Ridge is a good football team, there's no doubt about that. They scored early and forced Karns into some costly turnovers and took advantage of the short field opportunities. The next two games for Karns against Anderson County and Hardin Valley are crucial. Both teams seem to be fairly evenly matched. Hope Karns can get their winning season and move forward in the right direction.
