The d line is small linebackers good size they have stopped 2 backs that rushed for 4400 yards last year but their lines were no we're near tc line ..on film tc line looks very physical and athletic that's why I'm interested in seeing if h20 can match them when they get hit in the mouth if they can it will be a good game if not it Will be another long night at the bank simple as that.

I think both teams will be equal in the skill positions this game will be won in the trenches.

What were the suspensions for if they were minor I would think they would be back for sure.

I think us h20 fans are asking ourself the same question is this team something special or the competition bad. Only these kids and coaches truly know this answer ,they have been well prepared and excuted the game plans the coaches laid out. They held 2017 Mr football semifinalist Braxten Givens (2100) yards last year to less than 50 yards. 2017 Mr Football semifinalist Darius Hylick (2300) yards last year to less than 40 yards until he broke 70 harder on h20 3rd team. TC may rush for 350 yards again this year that's why us fans look forward to seeing how. H20 does .. There is no better measuring stick in the state than travel to the creek bank and see were you measure up next to a historic program like tc.

2016 we traveled there early and ate at holy smokes bq (awesome food) the atmosphere was amazing how the town came out for the boys..look forward to our next trip.

I don't know if h20 was so much gassed ,that was just a smash mouth drive , you guys just lined it up ran it down our throats. That was a great game to watch .. Through all the preseason and now game 1 this team is more talented at the skill positions so many weapons teams can't just focus on price we will see if our line hold up on both sides if they can it could be a special year.

Hackett had his defense dialed in I just saw the stats and gville only had 27 yards rushing through 3 quarters and gville RB ended with 45 yard and he is a very good back that was Mr. Football finalist last year I believe.

I told a friend at the game I think gville will quit playing this game (they did in Jr. High this yr).. Last 2 meeting at the jungle 90-23. Watertown has taken a lot of beatings in this rivalry but they were in same district then so they had to keep playing, gville don't have to anymore.

12 seconds into the game h20 town is up 7-0 then 28-0 at half 48-0 end of 3rd it could have been worse h20 town had 2 turnovers in 1st half . We were watching both teams come out for 2nd half and for the first time many years of watching this game I saw a gville teams body language that did not want to come back out and play the 2nd half, I heard a few people say that when gville came out. Jury is still out on this purple tiger team either they are really really good or gville is really really bad. May be a mixture of both, I said this last year the last few years gville talent has been way down yes h20 talent is better but 40pts better we shall see. Congrats purple.

Never would have thought before the season that h20town would be 2-0 against both smith county high schools. A good year for a young team.

Good win for the purple tigers ,I didn't expect the this outcome. Price was the best athlete on the field but gville RB was pretty good , the mismatch in the trenches h20 d line was in the backfield all night . Gvill had 5 /1st downs and 96 total yards.

Yes he was by far ,he needs at least 15-20 touches a game , I know that's hard with him playing so many snaps on defense
