Coming from a west TN point of view, Trinity Christian is a dangerous team. If you underestimate them, they can beat you. Also, Middleton is one of the quickest and most athletic teams I have ever seen. Both these teams have the talent to get to the 'Boro.

I must agree with Asitis, Alex Bran gets no support on here and the kid doesn't miss. Also, it is the right of Asitis to express his opinion whatever it may be. However, it is not acceptable to call out and insult high school kids to make yourself look better. I won't mention any names but I'm sure you know who you are.

Penetration can be part of the offense if they want it to. Defenses extending the zone is the result of not getting the ball inside, which will open up the outside shots.

It was a great game. Part 2 is gonna be very intriguing in January. USJ has to limit turnovers and play better defense but they will continue to improve.

The USJ vs. TCA rivalry game is approaching quickly. Predictions?

After the loss of a senior class that went 41-8 throughout high school, USJ will have to work very hard to live up to this past season's team.

@RedSwarm10- How did you miss that? It was on the news for weeks. @JSamson7- Of course, I keep it with me at all times.

I have to disagree. I experienced the Milan-Huntington game and must say that Huntington did not impress me; Milan played their worst game all year.

@Professor Chaos- Milan looked really good today, didn't they? It sure does look like we'll have to disagree on that one. @JSamson7- Last time I checked it was somewhere in the 150-160 range which I guess is pretty low compared to the IQ of a self-proclaimed genius like you. And I will proudly say that I am a member of the 2011 State Runner-Up USJ Bruins, that I still believe is the best team in West TN (except Henry County).

@swingjuice- You obviously didn't watch the same game I did tonight. Both St George's and USJ played a hard-fought and physical game. If you're a Milan fan then you're making us look bad haha. Get out and watch some football. But as for tomorrow, go Bulldogs!!!

@JSamson7- You are soooo right. Math and reading comprehension have always been my weaknesses in school. Could you tutor me? @Professor Chaos- a bad Northside team that beat Liberty. And I will agree to Henry County being head and shoulders above, but not Milan. And to everyone, this thread has nothing to do with any team in Memphis or outside West TN.

Last year the decision on Mr. Basketball was a bit questionable I will say. But if he keeps up what he has been doing, he will be in the race again. The question is who will they beat, not who have they beat. They're short on players right now but should do well when they get everyone back.
