Nobody ever answered my question about how many dads are coaching their kids at Grace. Anybody know? I guess I can look on their school website and find out.

9-1 or 8-2 last year? Oneida was very young and now those lumps they have taken the last two years has prepared them for the good run theyr will have this season. Oneida and Wartburg will battle it out at Wartburg this year for the district title.

When does Hampton go out in spring? I'm keeping an eye on you guys this year. You all might be a team we would face on down the road in the playoffs this year.

Did Greenback get some new players or something, because that team we played last year was lucky to leave our place with a Win. The 2012 Wartburg football team would beat last year's team by 4 or 5 touchdowns.

Oh the Stewart kid. He is a good player, but I wouldn't trade BoBO Robinson for any other lineman around.

I know Moser tried to get the job at Wartburg last year when it came open.

Wartburg will have the biggest line in the district with BoBo Robinson, Conrad Williams, Brandon Adams, Allan Trosper, Red Simms and several others. We also have some of the best skill players like Wesley Melhorn, Justin Crouch, Nick Reeves, Adam Susak, Henry Taylor, Austin Langley and Brandon Justes. There are other players that will be very good this season. I can't wait until spring practice in a few weeks.

Kristie Phillips is MVP of district next season. Won't even be close.

The fact is that GCA broke blatantly rules and they were punished.

I hope Coach Layne doesn't leave. He is the best coach in East Tennessee. I wouldn't think he would leave with the talent we have coming back at Wartburg.

Ellison is the best coach and his offense will score a bunch of points this year. They will have a whole lot of seniors this year and should be the favorite for the district championship.

I'm not looking in the past, Wartburg football is here and will be a team that can make a run at the gold ball this year.

Coaching Jr. High is a whole lot different than coaching high school ball. Is this the same Brian Powers that wasn't even good enough to play at Oakdale or is it somebody else?

I don't think winning percentage means a whole heck of a lot when you consider the weak schedule you all play every year. I do think that Hampton is a good football team most seasons, I just don't believe they would succeed if they played in the same league that Wartburg has played in. I hope to see you all during the playoffs, preferably at our place.

It sounds like you don't have a clue what is going on in your own backyard. Several people I work with from Oneida have said as much that it was a behind the doors deal to get rid of John to let Tony come back. You are dead wrong when you say John left. He had no choice but to leave.

Coalfield in the top 10? That Stewart guy is crazy. They will be lucky to finish in top 5 of our district.

I believe Wartburg and Oneida will be the two top teams in the district and I like our chances.

I want to know how many dads are helping coach at Grace now?

Tyler Harper was getting looked at by Auburn and Mississippi I think. I used to work out with his dad. Those are some good people.

That would be awesome news. They need to come on and we will be unstoppable next year. Coach Davis is a great coach even if he did go to Coalfield one year.

This will be the best first round game of the tournament. Wartburg has the best player in the state and several other players that will play college ball after high school. I think the Bulldogs win this game 77-70.

Where are all these big girls for us that you speak of? I know the Laughter girl is 6-foot or so, but we don't have anybody else taller than 5'8.
