Other than reading this post on this subject i though that the all-district players were nominated and then selected by a vote of all coaches. But it all makes sense now that what I read in the knox news. How in the world did Oneida get so many girls on the team. How did their coach justify that if he was the one that puts them on. Oh well, whatever. All i have to say is if these kids were chosen for a team for competition,,,,,,seeya,,,,,,,wouldn't wanta be ya. Attitude is a book that every one around us reads and makes determiniation on what type person you are. Great season Lady Buffs. As for OS, good luck Ladies. Hope you go all the way. I thought that OS had 3 senior starters leaving after this season. Smith #33, Copeland # 42 and Parton #25. At least in the picture gallery there is a picture of the three and it says Seniors. So who are some of the other teams that will be at Caton's Chapel ? I'm sure there are more than just Huntsville & Oneida. Oneida plays Gatlinburg. How are they ? What is their record ? Any word on any of the other teams. I've heard enough about the two teams from Area II and have a pretty good idea about their play. Let's hear some about other teams still in the race.

well... i think that rachel will probably be better...valerie was a good shooter...but from what i saw last year rachel can do more than just shoot..she is more of an all around player...but then again thats just my opinion

i think Rachel Ruppe is just a sophomore this year....her sister Valerie Ruppe graduated last year though

good point...it WAS their choice to come....and oneida may not have much of a team without them, but since they went to oneida..they are not "county girls" anymore....they're ONEIDA girls
